lokasi sangat bagus, strategis, di kota, di jalan raya utama sehingga sangat memudahkan. Dengan dilengkapi alat memasak air, yang sanagt dibutuhkan terutama pada musim dingin seperti sekarang ini. Hanya sayang untuk masuk ke receptionist harus melalui tangga-tangga yang cukup merepotkan dengan membawa koper.

A well located, comfortable hotel. A lovely restaurant downstairs with a great menu and so close to the Metro. I really enjoyed my stay there and will book again. The room was immaculately clean and the staff are friendly.

Centrally located on Gran Via and within walking distance to various sites (Plaza Mayor, Palacio Real, Cathedral). Clean rooms and a good breakfast to start the day.

Outdated facilities… way too expensive for its quality. Should be closer to a 2 star hotel

Acomodação e atendimento excelente. Quarto e banheiro estavam bem limpos.

Perto de tudo. Facilmente você consegue andar por vários pontos turísticos da cidade, ficando hospedado nesse hotel. Além de que na frente passa o ônibus da linha 001, que passa por gré de parte da gran via e é inteiramente gratuito. Isso mesmo, gratuito. Pesquisa aí.

Muy y muy céntrico

Excelente. Amables, todo muy limpio, buen tamaño , con cocina, tiene restaurante y bar con buenos precios y la ubicación es inmejorable

Hôtel très bien placé proche de plusieurs métros la chambre est propre et suffisamment grande, la literie convenable la salle de bain est propre mais a bien vécu. le sèche cheveux fonctionne par intermittence, le pommeau de la douche se dévisse, bref l'ensemble est à rafraichir. L'insonorisation est quasi inexistante sauf le double vitrage sur rue. Rideaux occultant relativement efficaces par rapport aux néons de la rue. la cuisine est plutôt bien équipée Ménage rapide quotidien Il y a un restaurant pour le petit déjeuner et tous les repas mais nous ne l'avons jamais testé Possibilité de laisser les bagages à la consigne En résumé hôtel plutôt correct mais qui nécessiterait des travaux de rénovation
