A fuire! Nous avions réservé une chambre avec 4 lits doubles. Il n'y avait qu'un seul lit et un canapé. Je vous laisse imaginer la suite L'hôtel ne nous a pas voulu nous indemniser. Erreur de communication entre Hotels.com et le B&B. Une requête a été déposé sur le site de la DGCCRF en France.

Les sanitaires de la chambre de bain était vieux et tachés et il faisait très chaud dans la chambre.

Chambre sale à l’arrivée très déçu mais le personnel a su nous trouvez une chambre rapidement après contestation.

Insectes écrasés sur les murs et non nettoyés. Toiles d’araignée à chaque coin de la chambre. Carrelage salle de bain moisissure

Hôtel bien situé, très propre . petit déjeuner sympa Parfait pour une halte. J ai apprécié le café de bienvenue Juste un point qui pourrait rapidement être soulevé les joints de salle de bain et les placards ( mini frigo) mériteraient un petit coup de reno... Mais ça n enlève rien a la qualité de l'hôtel Merci pour le séjour

The B&B Mons Centre is an ideal spot to stay when visiting Mons. It is located close to shopping and restaurants. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

I had an amazing extended stay at B&B Mons Centre. The management, led by Manuela, and her staff were outstanding. From the smooth check-in to the immaculate room, everything was perfect. The hotel staff were always available, addressing any needs with professionalism and a personal touch. Their exceptional service made me feel right at home. The fitness center was functional, and the hotel's location was great, with easy access to local attractions and business centers. I highly recommend B&B Mons Centre and will definitely return on my next visit.

The desk staff were extremely helpful. However, the wifi could be improved as it was extremely slow. Looking forward to air conditioning in the rooms.
