Our stay at the Alpine Sacher Resort was absolutely incredible from beginning to end. The resort is so quaint and charming, with the most beautiful Bavarian feel that made everything feel warm, cozy, and luxurious all at once. The food was simply outstanding — every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. We especially loved having our own assigned seats for both breakfast and dinner each day. It made the experience feel so personal and special. The dessert and cake bar was completely over the top in the best possible way and such a memorable touch! The staff throughout the resort were beyond helpful, kind, and pleasant. Everyone made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for during our stay. The spa experience was another highlight — relaxing, peaceful, and exactly what we needed. And to top it all off, the cake and champagne takeaway gift at the end of our stay was such a classy and thoughtful gesture. This resort truly exceeded every expectation. We cannot wait to return someday!

Als wir im Restaurant ankamen, wurden wir jedoch nicht in den eleganteren Bereich mit den weiß gedeckten Tischen geführt, sondern daran vorbeigebracht und in ein hinteres, bistroähnliches Abteil mit Holztischen und schlichter Dekoration gesetzt. Da dies nicht dem entsprach, was ich im Voraus angefragt hatte, ging ich höflich zur Restaurantchefin, um um einen Tischwechsel zu bitten. Ihre erste Reaktion war: „Wir sind eigentlich komplett ausgebucht hier vorne.“ Als ich erklärte, dass ich bereits eine Woche zuvor per E-Mail einen schönen Tisch reservieren wollte, da mein Mann Geburtstag hat, antwortete sie, man habe nur die Information erhalten, dass es sich um einen Geburtstag handle. We stayed to celebrate a 50th birthday and were truly disappointed with the staff. The hotel was beautiful but the experience was ruined by the rudeness, aggression, condescension and lack of care by most staff we encountered excluding David the GM, who was lovely & apologetic (he came out of his office after his staff raised their voice at me). We received the pre-arrival email asking us for any preferences we had, but it was completely disregarded. It took us 3 frustrating attempts to get the 1 simple thing we requested - which could have been done before or upon arrival. I travel a lot & don’t write a negative reviews, but I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by hotel staff, let alone a 5 star hotel. We were dismissed without explanation multiple times and then expected to literally pay cash for the staff’s mistakes. Not good when guests are nicer to the staff than they were in return. Five different staff told us the hotel was booked out, passing their stress onto their guests, even though all of our interactions were at quiet off peak times. Such a surprisingly negative experience at a hotel that should have been an easy positive.

Wir durften ein grossartiges Wochenende im Sacher in Seefeld verbringen. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und mit Liebe dekoriert, die Zimmer sauber und fantastisch eingerichtet, und die Mitarbeitenden lesen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab.

Ein mega, tolles Inhaber geführtes Hotel mit Charme und Klasse. Es stimmt einfach alles, angefangen beim Empfang, Zimmer, Essen und der Wellness.

Simplesmente perfeito! Hotel muito aconchegante e equipe extremamente atenciosa! Quarto muito confortável e jantar em nível altíssimo!

Ein super luxuriöses und sehr herzlich geführtes Hotel mit wunderschönen Zimmern und Suiten. Jedes sieht ein bisschen anders aus, alles perfekt und aufs äußerste geschmackvoll eingerichtet, im ländlichen edlen Stil mit schönen Holzböden, chicen Möbeln und schönen Dekorationsgegenständen. Man muss sich einfach wohlfühlen!! Besonders beeindruckt hat mich aber das top geschulte und sehr liebe Personal. Egal wo man hinkam, man wurde stets aufs herzlichste wahrgenommen . Großes Kompliment!!! Das entspricht einem Hotel dieser Klasse. Ein Sacher halt …. Abgerundet durch wunderbares Essen, abends mehrere Gänge und auch die Möglichkeit das sehr schmackhafte Better Aging Menü zu wählen. Mein Aufenthalt endete noch mit einer wohltuenden gekonnten Massage - und so kann ich nur eines sagen: Perfekt - ich komme wieder …. Danke für dieses wunderschöne Wochenende in eurem Haus

Absolutely stunning hotel. One of the best I've ever been too. The location was perfect, the hotel was amazing, the food was too quality and the staff were so friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay. Quiet, beautiful view, great hikes. Amazing vegan menu (super vegan friendly!). Great 20M outdoor pool for swimmers. Welcoming staff.
