Très bien quartier calme

Dimora storica in cui sono state realizzate camere di design molto curate. Biancheria di alta qualità pulizia perfetta. Personale molto gentile e attento al cliente. Migliorabile l’illuminazione nelle camere. colazione inclusa di ottima qualità. Piscina non nella struttura ma in albergo vicinissimo.

Très bon accueil. La partie réception de l’hôtel est très belle et fidèle aux photos. Par contre, la chambre standard dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’est pour moi pas à la hauteur du standing minimal d’un tel hôtel. Le sèche serviette de la salle d’eau était cassé et chauffait en continue et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La douche aurait également besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Pas de verre et pas de possibilité de prendre un café ou thé (même payant) dans la chambre. Une bouteille d’eau gratuite par séjour serait appréciable.

The property is nice, big rooms, a/c was not working well and was a bit warm to sleep comfortably. We had a disagreement with the parking arrangements offered and ended up paying it twice... we are still waiting for a reimbursement...

Great place to stay. Quiet. A very nice pool for swimming and sauna. Very comfortable bed; not too firm or too soft. Good breakfast.

Tried to change date as u made a mistake on calendar. They wanted to charge me more than my original booking $200 As I had no insurance they took advantage of situation although it was over 2 weeks in advance. Therefore I did not go and paid anyway. Shameful

Bellissimo soggiorno

Lot of walking to the historical places, area seamed a bit sketchy overall. We enjoyed one night stay and that was probably enough for this town

The hotel is a real gem with a wonderful indoor pool/spa that you can reserve for exclusive use. It is located well in hilly Ragusa and very close to the important sites. The staff is incredibly kind and really go out of their way to help. Matteo has a wonderful sense of humor and makes you feel right at home!
