It was a great place to stay!

Great place, comfortable and great staff.

Key card system was down and alarm randomly went off

Overnight trip with family. Clean & comfortable.

1. Door bolt lock did not funstion. Room #231. 2 door had large air gap. 3 ceiling had large area that was poorly repaired plus water spot. Whom ever was working the kitchen are had zero time ir ability to preoare a coffee.

The tv never worked. A young man came up to fix but he couldn’t figure it out either. He said he would let management know and possibly give us a credit towards our stay. Instead I see I was charged an extra 5.12 on my credit card and have no idea what for. No it won’t break me but I do not like being charged for no reason

Very poor TV channel selections. Very small TV. No breakfast service.

Extremely poor housekeeping. Visible dirt and debris in air conditioner unit; gunk in corners of phone cradle; dirty baseboard tiles in bathroom; dirty corners in bathroom; stained wallpaper around toilet; crust of dried shampoo on wall-mounted shampoo dispenser; hair and dirt in refrigerator; stained, hard, stiff towels; too much water softener in plumbing making the water feel greasy.

Clean and quiet

Large comfortable room, smaller old TV, staff at front desk could be more motivated and service minded.

Front desk clerk did not even look up at me as I was checking in. TV and blow dryer in room did not work. No soap in room. Coffee downstairs was cold and had grinds in it. Cleaning cart was parked by the elevator when I checked in and was still there when I checked out the next day, unmoved for 15 hours. Furniture was nice though, and the pady at the bar was nice. A glass of cheap wine, though, was $14

This is an average hotel. There was no soap at the bathroom sick to wash your hands. There is no daily room service. The staff was very polite.

Pet friendly

Incredibly friendly staff, room was great and the bed was comfy! Will be returning on my next visit to Troy :)

First negative - fire alarm went off multiple times, thankfully short lived but 3 were in the middle of the night. 2nd negative - the TV channels and times/date were wrong so you couldn’t know what show would be on. A worker said they’re all that way so apparently not just a problem with the one in our room. Will not rebook

The Attendant Mr Shipman was very helpful polite and funny. Registration was easy

Room was very nice. Fan did not work in bathroom, but everything else was good. Wished they had breakfast included in stay and did not have to purchase.

It was a good stay nothing overwhelming. However the hot water was a bit umm sketchy. Would start off hot but then would become lukewarm

Tripped the power by plugging in a cell phone. Room phone didn’t work. Water was hot in shower. Mildew in shower. Toilet bowl needed to be cleaned. Only 1 washcloth for a double bed room.

Aside from no one at the front desk when we tried to check in, we'll probably stay there again
