Breakfast was delicious each morning. The place is stylish and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great central location next to everything! Only downside was not many outlets for charging. Otherwise 100/100!

I would not class this as a 4 star hotel at all it is more like a 3 star using the nice lobby of the sister hotel adjoining. The room was clean and basic but incredibly small . I should have checked the actual room size prior to booking but it is extremely compact and had no space for suitcases . The shower was incredibly difficult to use due to the incredibly small size for reference im 5 ft 4. The staff were really kind, courteous and friendly. Always happy to help with any enquiries. The breakfast was lovely and very accommodating for people with allergens. Overall an okay stay just wish the room and shower had more space .

캐리어끌고 기차역까지 걸어가기 괜찮은 위치, 관광지와도 가까워서 두오모 대성당, 우피치 미술관까지도 충분히 걸어서 갈만합니다. 호텔은 예술적이고 깨끗하게 관리되어 있으며 조식식사도 훌륭했어요. 직원들도 친절하였고 엘리베이터도 다소 느리지만 잘 작동하였습니다. 다만 샤워부스가 너무 좁아서 씻기가 매우 힘들었습니다... 욕실이 조금 아쉬웠지만 다시 피렌체에 방문한다면 또 숙박할 의사가 있어요!

Todo perfecto, la atención excelente, los cuartos amplios, peroooo las regaderas muy pequeñas. Excelente ubicación. Todo bien. Si no eres muy exigente, está perfecto el hotel, muy silencioso.

L’hôtel est parfait et bien placé. Personnel adorable et au petit soin. Seul bémol est le matelas qui est hyper dur! Attention pas évident de trouver l’hôtel, il est groupé avec un autre hôtel, seul une petite pancarte sous le porche d’entrée l’indique. Pas de devanture.

Et hyggelig og sentralt hotell. Like ved Domoen samtidig som det ikke ligger langt fra togstasjonen. Hotellet ser faktisk freshere ut i real life enn det ser ut på bildene… Frokosten var god og betjeningen var veldig hyggelige og serviceminded. Et hyggelig opphold!

Zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij hotel. Ontbijtbuffet was erg goed. Ik had een kleine één persoonskamers. Was goed te doen, goed verzorgd, alleen de douchecabine was erg aan de kleine kant.

Sijainti on hyvä, respa on yhteinen Garibaldi Blu hotellin kanssa. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Excellent hotel. Great location and huge bedroom with great view. Breakfaat was included.

Room hot and shower small but nice people

객실도 깨끗, 직원분들도 친절했어요~ 조식도 정말 맛있고 좋았습니다!! 완전 추천합니다!! 다른 지역에서 경험했던 호텔이 사실 너무 별로였어서… 비교했을때 제일 좋았습니다. 기차역에서도 가깝고, 다른 관광장소와도 걸을 만한 위치에 있어 좋았습니다.

Great location, close to

Staff is courteous, room is very clean. Shower was so small i was bumping into corners to just turn around- and I am a small woman. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. I do not recommend this hotel to light-mid sleepers. The room is not sound proof at ALL. I could hear every single word the guests in the room next to me were saying and they were speaking at a normal volume. I could hear them turn on the sink or flush the toilet. I am a light sleeper and this went on until 2am and I had to be up at 7am to leave for my flight. I was really upset but didn't complain because I could tell they were not being loud- it is the rooms.
