staff was very friendly. location is great.

The location was perfect, very quiet at night. Short walk to all important places in the center. The room was very tidy and clean. The bed was amazing, better mattress than in any other hotel I've been to. Full buffet breakfast and a very nice staff.

Nice hotel in good loacation. No air conditioning and the room was very hot but we were able to open the window. Breakast was good and the staff was very helpful.

No vanity in bathroom. Because the room is too small, it is not easy to move around. But breakfast is the best I've ever had. Close to Santa Maria Novella train station.

Sehr gute Lage. Kurze Wege zu Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Leckeres und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Dusche sehr eng.

Great location, recommend you don’t have a car as they charge 48 euros per day . Staff were friendly hotel was very clean. Bar area and dining area poorly located. Was a maze trying to navigate to your room. Bathroom and shower were absolutely tiny as were the lifts.

Conveniently close to the train station, plaza del Duomo, uffizi gallery, the David, wonderful placement for tours and exploring the city
