Great location, safe place and professional staff! Furnitures and carpet would benefit from refreshing (ie, new) including larger bed. But otherwise, keep the good work!

Room temperature was really hot even with thermostat to min. Underground parking was a disaster, unable to turn the car. EV charging station parkings all occupied with cars not charging.

Location is great..10 minute walk from 'quartier des spectacles'..breakfast area was spacious and the variety offered was good..our room (and hallway) was way to warm and I was not able to lower room temperature (maybe just unlucky).Pool was nice..overal experience is good

Qualité- prix difficile a battre

Very conveniently located to our destination; originally stayed in a studio room, but when we needed extra room for a surprise visit from a family member, they accommodated us quickly with a suite. Front desk staff and cleaning staff were very friendly; Breakfast with Montreal bagels, Yum! The only negative was the parking-very tight fit and we had a compact vehicle.

Hôtel très bien situé

Un hotel sympa mais qui n'est pas au centre de Montreal malgre l'hotel me l'avoir confirme avant mon arrivee!! Les chambres sont grandes avec balcon et cuisine amenagee ce qui est un grand plus et de plus la chambre contient une machine a cafe: j'ai trop aime cette option!! le lit est confortable avec un superbe matelas et de bons oreillers. La chambre ainsi que la cuisine etaient hyper propres. Le petit dejeuner est excellent avec enormement de choix: on s'est bien regale. Petit bemol sur l'emplacement de la chambre: la 703 qui etait situee proche de l'ascenseur: autant j'ai hyper bien dormi car j'avais le decallage horaire de la France: 6 heures et 24 heures de voyage mais mon compagnon n'a pas du tout dormi a cause du bruit de certaines personnes la nuit qui se croyait chez eux et parlaient beaucoup trop fort et claquaient les portes!! L'option de la piscine est vraiment bien!! Autre bemol: si vous avez besoin de dosettes a cafe ou autre chose, la reception ne se deplace pas donc c'est a vous de descendre avec un petit ascenseur tres lent!!! autre chose positive: si vous avez besoin d'un taxi rapidement, la reception s'en occupe pour vous et vous n'avez meme pas 5 mns attendre: bravo pour cela!!

Older building - heat was not working properly to control from individual rooms — so when it was 10 degrees outside, we were sleeping with the window open about 3 inches to get cooler air in to make sleeping possible. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Really great hotel. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, plates and utensils and allowed us to stay and eat in Montreal at a very reasonable cost. The room had a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge, so our teenage son got his own space. Breakfast was excellent and included in the room rate. The apartment hotel is popular in Europe and here in Montreal this one was excellent.
