Hotellet skulle kunna uppdatera frukosten. En enkel metod för att ge ett bättre intryck. Ingen bastu - ett minus. Rummen har stannat i 80-talet. Men personalen var serviceinriktade och fjorde sitt allra bästa

Non posso esprimere un parere sulla colazione perché non sono riuscito a farla. L’ingresso e la reception sono belli ma le camere non sono assolutamente a livello di un 4 stelle. La struttura ha grosse potenzialità ma necessita di un deciso restyling! Nel complesso un hotel 3 stelle senza lode e senza infamia.

The reception area was clean, modern, and inviting, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite basic and a little dated, but fine for a short stay as we spent most of our time exploring Lake Como. The bathroom could benefit from some maintenance, as there was some mould on the shower tiles that could be easily treated. Additionally, the towels had an unusual smell, which could be improved with fresher laundry practices. Overall, a convenient base with welcoming staff, but with room for some simple improvements.

Très bon endroit si l on souhaite faire une pause entre Lecco et Côme. Literie très agréable, chambre propre, nombreuses serviettes, salle de bain un peu vieillotte mais hygiène parfaite. Petit déjeuner généreux avec un bon choix et du jus d orange frais, à presser sur place

Nous sommes arrivés à 11h en moto sous des trombes d'eau !! L'enregistrement normalement était à 14h mais nous avons pu avoir la chambre tout de suite. Le personnel à l'accueil était d'une très grande gentillesse, très sympathique et d'un très grand professionnalisme. Petit déjeuner au top, idem la dame qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner et très sympa et souriante et elle est au petit soin avec tous les clients. La chambre était très spacieuse avec une grande porte fenêtre et un grand balcon. La literie était très confortable. Merci également pour l'entretien de la chambre durant nos 4 jours c'était très propre. Excellent hôtel !! Merci.

Très bien pour faire une étape sur la route des vacances, ou découvrir Côme à 20 minutes en voiture. Très belle décoration dans le hall. Petit déjeuner à améliorer nettement, tant sur la quantité que sur le choix et la qualité de certains produits (viennoiseries), pas de pâte à tartiner embêtant quand les enfants ne mangent pas de confiture ou de salé le matin... Une serveuse très gentille, le serveur lui était peu agréable. La dame de la réception était adorable et parlait français. La piscine était en travaux, dommage en plein mois d’août, mais elle n’était pas mentionnée dans la présentation de l’hôtel lorsque nous avons réservé, donc on ne peut pas leur en vouloir. Petit bémol, la Clim était bruyante, nous y étions en pleine canicule… Salle de bain fonctionnelle mais un peu vieillotte.

Hotel ist okay, wenn auch nicht "berühmt" Zimmer okay, Das Hotel scheint, im Gegensatz zu anderen Hotels in weiteren Umfeld, nicht gut gebucht zu sein. Dafür gibt es sicherlich Gründe. Einer davon ist das sehr schwache Frühstück. Dh. Sehr wenig Auswahl, Rühreier sehen und schmecken '"industriell". Speck war rd. 2h vor Frühstücksende schon aus. Auf Nachfrage hat man mir mitgeteilt, dass dieser eben schon weggegessen wurde. Die Brötchen waren jeden Tag alt und scheinbar vom Vorvorvortag. Sehr schwach!!! Bestenfalls ein schwaches 3* Hotel. Ich werde nicht mehr kommen.

Perfect area for business travel. But if you expect convenience in shopping or entertainment nearby. Sorry that it’s not there. The hotel conditions are good. Staffs are very polite and good in service. As I only stayed one night there, I didn’t use the facilities there and thus have no comment.

Camera molto accogliente e letto veramente comodo. Una colazione abbondante e variegata.
