The Parkside lobby is spectacular with high ceilings, glass walls, coy fish pond (they provide food so you can feed), ample seating to enjoy the lobby, a Resturant. The pool is large enough to do laps. We stayed in a 6th floor one bedroom facing the city (it was loud), the unit was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, eco friendly (provide eco cleaning products, recycling/ compost), unit had laundry machine (they supplied pods), bedroom was large, comfortable king sized bed, closet, the kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal (no spices), they provide cream, coffee pods, tea bags. The staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient. The parkside also provided complimentary bikes to use during stay. Parking was ample & secure ($22 a day). Highly recommend!

Our stay was excellent! The property was in a great location and the staff were extremely friendly. Our room was clean, very spacious (2 adults & 2 teenagers) and had so many useful amenities (ie in-room washer/dryer). One of the best hotel experiences we have had in over 20+ years of traveling.

Great location, set back from the harbour but very easy walking. Beacon Hill park on the doorstep is beautiful. Staff were really lovely, very friendly and helpful. We didn't have breakfast there but the cafe looked good.

Beautiful and comfortable suite with balcony, koi pond in the lobby, beautiful grounds and the on site cafe has great coffee and the food was SO good! We had a great time and would stay here anytime we visit Victoria.

This hotel is fantastic- great location a short walk from downtown and the ferries. The rooftop deck and garden is a wonderful spot to relax at the end of the day, especially by the fire pits. The koi pond in the lobby is magical… we sat and watched the fish every time we were in the lobby.

The location of this hotel was ideal. Room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. Washing machine was a European dual washing and drying unit. Loads were very small and took hours to dry. Also our room was right outside the elevator which are very noisy. Great pool area but this hotel has adult only hours especially on Thursdays.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Check in process was smooth. Cafe was perfect for a quick breakfast and afternoon glass of wine. Pool and hot tub area is very nice, but very energetic with younger guests. Would repeat my stay here again.

The hotel was in a central spot in walking distance to downtown. Sitting on the balcony you felt you were more residential like a home away from home.

It was an amazing experience with modern facilities.

We stayed at the hotel for one night for a sister retreat and loved the kitchen, swimming pool, and cleanliness of the hotel. We loved the smell of the sheets, the luxurious shampoo and conditioner, and the quiet room.

We loved the free bikes, the beautiful tub in our room. The cafe and the location. All fantastic!
