Very friendly staff at reception. Great breakfast, play areas for children. Roof lounge was lovely. Room felt a little dated, beds not the best, but everything was well taken care of and it was a peaceful place to spend some time. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but nice it was open late. We stayed just for one night in the middle of a long road trip when everything around Salzburg was booked. We’d do the same next year.

Sobre o hotel: o quarto e o banheiro são amplos. O banheiro tem 2 pias, aquecedor de toalhas, secador de cabelo, água muito boa, box de vidro, tudo bom. A vista é linda do terraço e de alguns quartos. Uma pequena reclamação: o colchão estava com um "buraco"no meio, acredito que poderiam trocar. O hotel é agradável, tem um rooftop/ terraço que funciona alguns dias (acho que quinta a domingo) com um belo visual para os alpes. Tem uma piscina aquecida e coberta com sauna perto que adoramos. O café da manhã é muito bom. Não jantamos no hotel ( mas sim na vila que opções de restaurantes) , portanto não posso opinar sobre a janta. O estacionamento do hotel é pago (10 euros/dia em maio 2026) mas tinha opção de estacionamento gratuito, alguns quarteirões de distância do hotel. Indicamos e voltaríamos.

Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber. Halbpension war im Buffet Stil, auch mit viel glutenfreier und vegetarischer Variante. Allgemein ist das Hotel von der Einrichtung her schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

We were greeted at the reception by a friendly lady and even though we were early, we got to check in. There was a welcoming plate of cookies at the reception which proved to be a delight for my daughter. We got a family accommodation and it was two separate rooms with separate bathrooms. Pleasantly surprised by that. Very clean rooms. The walking distance to places was close enough - to the train station, to the river and to the city centre.

Sehr freundliches Personal im gesamten Hotel. Großes und tolles Frühstücksbuffett. In der Skybar kann man abends gemütlich noch einen Cocktail trinken. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Sauberes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, Schwimmbad

Ein Aufenthalt in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel - welches leider schon in die Jahre gekommen ist. Schade dass das Fitness im Keller ist, dass das Hallenbad schwierig zu erreichen ist, das Zimmer nur alle 2 Tage gemacht wird und somit die Erwartungen nicht erfüllt werden konnten eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Die Sauberkeit ist da, die Zimmer geräumig das Badezimmer sehr einfach. Frühstücksbüffet gut, parking gut gelöst und sehr freundliches Personal! Preis-Leistung müsste man sich überlegen

In all a great hotel and I would recommend. Just a few things that, for me let it down just a bit. We were placed in a disabled/ accessible room. It meant we had a huge shower but also bars. I didn't book an accessible room, so why wasn't I given a choice. The garage was rather dark, my wife didn't like it there. And finally sone of the upstairs hallways were dingy too, certainly some better LED lighting would help. That said, food was really good, although we only had breakfast, huge selection and tasty, staff were always very helpful.
