A good place to stay in alice Springs. Friendly helpful reception and even upgraded to a bigger apartment. Which was perfect for our needs.

A usual, the stay was enjoyable.

Receptionist was rather surly. Limited toiletries supplied. Room had a sewer smell when we entered. Pool area was quite unkempt.

The room (studio) was reasonably well-equipped (kitchen equipment, etc.) although very dated in style. Vinyl lounge cover was cracked and torn. Bathroom and shower had a considerable amount of black mould. Lighting in bathroom also poor, making it difficult to see in the mirror with any clarity. Some staff pleasant, others very unresponsive (particularly when reporting mould).

Staff where amazing, every time we needed something it was done quickly. Very comfortable rooms, convenient to town. Very much would recommend. Thankyou 💜

Nice place but far away from everything… there is nothing to est or buy close buy… need a long walk. But it is still a good chose for the money you pay. Stay is super friendly but be awar to book your tours yourself and specially a taxi because there are very few…

Warm welcome, clean and comfortable apartment with everything I needed, very well thought out.

Good place to stay when visiting Alice Springs. Property is safe and secure. Stayed in a two bedroom apartment which also contained a washer in room for us to be able to catch up on Laundry during our extended stay in Australia. Nice deck to hang out both in the morning and evening to sit and relax. Property is a bit outside the CBD which can be both good and bad. Not much within walking distance. Offstreet parking with the gates being closed after 7pm was good given the situation in Alice Springs.

Large accommodations with a washer and dryer provided which was handy. Convenient parking

Room was ok, found magots on the kitchen floor from the bin outside the door, owners don't seem to like aboriginal people as we were confronted by the owners when we were having a few drinks in the court yard with family and friends, will never stay there again.

really liked the apartments for the costing, would happily stay there again. the only negative which should be addressed, is that to have only 1 small gas bbq for 57 apartments is unacceptable. need at least 3-4 to be honest

Easy check-in, clean, comfortable bed. Nothing fancy but good value for money

Great after hours check in- texted me access codes and envelope in coded box. The apartments are two level set up, and the signage was a bit confusing- I would recommend putting the actual number of the room on the door as well as next to the door- the map shows the rooms next to each other- then a sign with an arrow showing 'up' which at many hotels i had stayed at means around the corner- the doors weren't clear. Three corporate execs were confused :) Not a biggy- but we knocked on a neighbours door and asked... we were upstairs. Thanks for easy checkout. No other issues. Coffee pod machine would be nice. But there was a plunger available.
