Loved our time here!! Hotel is lovely, great location with a little beach for snorkelling outside. Pools were nice and room is very well equipped.

Wir waren 10 Tage als Familie vor Ort. Man fühlt sich einfach vom ersten Augenblick wohl. Personal super freundlich und zuvorkommend, egal ob Rezeption, Zimmermädchen, Servicekraft oder Koch. Poolanlage immer sauber und man bekommt täglich neue Handtücher für den Pool oder Strand. Die Zimmer waren eher kleine Apartments mit einer kleinen Küche. Zimmerservice war jeden Tag da, Handtücher wurden gewechselt, Betten gemacht alles TOP. Der Blick aus unseren Zimmern (wir hatten zwei) war traumhaft! Wir würden wieder kommen.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Das Personal war super freundlich, alles sehr sauber und wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen und hatten wirklich ein super schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick! Die Lage ist perfekt, kurzer Fußweg zum Meer (max. 5 min) und ca 12-15min bis nach Cala Ratjada ‚innenstadt‘. Der Pool war auch sehr sauber mit direktem Blick auf das Meer. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Einzige, was etwas schade war, dass das Gym erst um 10h öffnet und nicht etwas früher. Ich wäre gerne morgens früh gegangen, damit man um 10h in den Tag (Strand etc) starten kann. Alles andere war aber toll!

Lots of room in the 1 bedroom suite. Room was clean and offered a small kitchenette for optional meals (breakfast and lunch). Location for Cala Rajada was great and half a block from waterfront and main road where shops and restaurants were. Street parking only. Pool was nice as photograohed but offered little breeze and only some shade. Great access to paddleboard rentals (highly recommend!)

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, zudem mehrsprachig. Vom Hotelzimmer hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf das Meer. Der Strand Calla Agulla ist in der Nähe. Das Essen lecker und abwechslungsreich.

Super nette Mitarbeiter. Alle immer Hilfsbereit. Zentrale Lage. Es wird viel angeboten. Gute Wellnessbereich.

Everything was perfekt!

It is a great apartment hotel that have what you need. Gave me a good base for biking. Great setup with the shuttle service too. Made it super easy. Great walk on the trail next to the ocean that takes you down to the beach.

Gepflegte alte Anlage, Zimmer waren neu, sehr gut und sauber, Angestellten waren sehr freundlich, Frühstück war okay, Abendessen war absolut nicht nach unserem Geschmack, Geschirr, Gläser und Tischen nicht hygienisch sauber, sehr laute Umgebung beim Essen durch abräumen, sonst alles gut!

We had a fantastic stay at THB Guya Playa! The hotel was lovely, with clean facilities and stunning views. The pool area was a bit small but very well-maintained, and the spa pool was a great spot to relax. A special thanks to the reception team, especially Toni, who did an excellent job and made our stay even better. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway!

Hotel ist sehr familienfreundlich. Buffett ist eine gute Basis mit den Kindern, Auswahl gut und Qualität gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Lage ist super schön !

Very family-friendly hotel with great pool and near the beach. Staff all fantastic - helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful view out over the sea which was magic. Would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a relaxing break! Only negative was that the pool was cloudy - not sure why as it was regularly cleaned and maintained.

The best thing about the hotel is the location. The view is great. A nice beach is just five minutes away. By car other beaches are close by. The food is average. There is a 7 days food schedule. So if one stays more than three days the same type of food will repeat. But worse is the limited variation. The salat buffet and the dessert buffet are the same every day. The children animation is really bad in my opinion. Ore kids did not use it much. But any time they wanted to participate in an activity nobody was there or the schedule had been changed.
