Bad place! Not recommended. Terrible shower, room with no air conditioning… not even a vending machine!

Super location, friendly staff. Bakery right underneath so great for breakfast.

The location is quiet and safe place to stay. Its walking distance from a lot of very good restaurants. The room is clean and staff are okay. It would be nice if all the staff can also speak and understand even basic English. With the price per night, they should have a better bed, better pillows, linen, AC in the room. I believed that room is over price with the quality of their room and quality of the beddings and stuff. Proper maintenance of the elevator should be regularly done. Prepare to be stucked in the elevator.

There’s no AC.

I had spoken to expedia prior to coming (mind you this was my first time in mexico), that a 3rd person might be with us if there was a pull out couch. We were told there was no pull out sofa but if they don’t mind a regular couch then it’s fine. On day two I was forced to leave the hotel and go check into another one because my mother stayed with me one night while she was also visiting Mexico. They wanted me to pay the price I booked 2x. Wow. The hotel was nice and a great price but they were harassing me everytime they saw me and even came to my room and forced us out. I’m in the process of working with my Abogado and letting my card company know that my entire stay was not completed.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Las instalaciones son muy buenas y las habitaciones cómodas. El servicio de recepción es excepcional. Lo único que deja que desear son la regadera y el tamaño de los baños. Para alguien alto, estos pueden resultar un poco incómodos. La ducha necesita urgentemente ser reemplazada, ya que el agua sale disparada en todas direcciones.
