Hosted by the lovely Wendy, it was all a charming experience which I would recommend. She even walked back from the pub to let me in when it became obvious I hadn’t read the ‘joining instructions’ properly. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean and I wanted for nothing. Full cooked breakfast was yummy with proper local ingredients, and getting to know my fellow guests was really fun. An all-too rare occurrence these days. True, it turned out we all had common interests that weekend, but far better than staying in an anonymous hotel. And, they allow helicopters to land in the back garden. Recomended.

Spacious bedroom pleasantly furnished with large bed and sofa. Unfortunately the lovely view from the windows was spoiled by the amount of dirt on the outside of them.

The bed was large and comfortable, it is an old building, which is part of the attractiveness, but it's also one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed, there isn't a bad view from the house it's all great.

Amazing location, made to feel at home immediately. Well looked after including gluten free breakfast which is always appreciated.

Very nice B&B in Manor House from 1865 on the countryside just 16 minutes from Salisbury. Very kind and welcoming host who made us a nice packed breakfast since we had to leave early to cathch our flight back home. Appreciated fan in the room.

We are not to the manor born but we could stay there for a couple nights. It was lovely! Our room and ensuite bathroom were both spacious and comfy. The cooked breakfast plus fruit, yogurt, toast and cereal got us off to a strong start. The car park at Burcombe Manor was nice but we drove in to Wilton and took the bus to Salisbury, which turned out very easy--much better than driving. Burcombe Manor is ideally located for visiting Wilton House, Salisbury, Old Sarum, Stonehenge and Bath. Quiet and relaxing, we had a wonderful visit!
