In general everything was okay. Not 5 starts just because the toilet was to stained and pealing off. Was a little uncomfortable to use.

Very clean and staff was friendly. The room was very spacious.

I like the location and how quiet it is in and around the property. Some things I was frustrated with include the bathroom ceiling over the shower, drywall was hanging off of it, and a piece fell off when I got out. Also the card key entry into the hotel room was very finicky, it took a while to get it to unlock the door. I went outside and tried to get in through the back door and the key was acting up again.

I was pleasantly surprised about this property. It could use some help on the breakfast. Either it’s over cooked or raw

I liked the location being near a friend's house. I had trouble understanding the lady at check in. Each time we tried to enter our room, the electronic system with key card did not work. We would turn the card, re insert, sometimes we got a green light, but rarely would the door unlock. If it did turn green, we immediately tried to open the door. It was a process. At check out, I complained about the lock system. The lady said that the hotel was going to replace all the locks in the near future.

Check in was not friendly, the gentleman clearly didnt care about his job, didnt ask if i was a rewards member just wasnt approachable and when giving me my keys he said youre on the first floor, the info is in the card, didnt tell me about any amenities or what time breakfast was offered. The room, dark and dingy, the bed not the most comfortable but not bad but wallpaper peeling, cracks and peeling in the ceiling, especially above the bath tub, the window was cracked all the way through, the air conditioner couldnt keep up. I wont be staying again

Employees at front desk were friendly and helpful.

Key card never worked. Had to go to desk each time we tried to get in our room. Happened to all of the family traveling with us. A total of five rooms.Asked to be blocked with 4 other rooms for family traveling with us. They did not do it. I called them several days ahead and asked them to do so. Got moved to another room which had no refrigerator.

Price was good
