Lovely pool. Close to beach. Nice people. Apartment was a good size and had everything we needed.

Short walk to all the shops. Liked the pool area. Would like to see the corridor leading to the rooms repainted but the actual room we stayed in was lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

We liked how big the apartment was. The heated pool was fabulous. The closing time for Saturday needs to be updated on wotif.

Fine but I had higher expectations for this price.

The property is nice and convenient to the beach and shops. The pools are nice and clean. Unfortunately the cleaner didn't do a particularly good job. We had no coffee and the microwave hadn't been cleaned, however the managers did rectify the coffee and microwave issue, they were brilliant. Did not bring up the cleaning as only there for a few days. Would stay again

We are already planning our next stay. We only had two nights as we came from Brisbane for a wedding. Didn’t want to leave. Beautiful area. Apartment was perfect - clean and had everything needed to feel like you are at home. We arrived out of hours but we were called before hand with clear instructions of how to access the keys etc. Will be staying a week next time.

Very comfortable, large apartment with everything I needed for a week-long stay. Close to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Great property and location. Had to empty our own bins which would normally be covered in the cost of the stay and cleaning fee of room and the sign was so small we almost missed it, which would have incurred a charge. I suggest requesting a room away from the road. Ours was closest to the road and the road noise is terrible. Dies down around 9pm and starts 4:30am so good luck sleeping.

Excellent customer service. We did reserve a “king size” bed room but when we arrived it was Queen. Seems a bit of error on description. However they opened up the second bedroom in the apartment so we could use the bed in that room. That is what I call great customer service

Spacious accomodation including private roof top are including a spa. Communal pool was great with a 25m lap pool

The apartment was in a good location. Short walk to the beach and town. The apartment wasn’t very clean, definitely dust on a lot of surfaces, blinds, the floors could have been vacuumed better. The air conditioner in the master bedroom didn’t work and wouldn’t be repaired until after our check out. The rooftop with hot tub wasn’t part of our unit. You had to go out of the apartment and go up a floor - it’s your own space just not directly connected to the apartment. The pool area was nice.

The accommodation has everything that you need but is a little dated and can be a little noisy (especially if you are on the bottom floors). The property managers appear to live on location but closed at 2pm Saturday (when check in is from 3pm?). So we had no contact with them. The basic amenities such as toilet paper and dishwashing liquid, laundry powder etc was limited and not enough to service our stay. There is also no cleaning option for towels etc which is ok if you enough laundry powder to wash them yourself. The apartment we stayed in was in need a good clean (large build up of dust on the ceiling fans and picture frames). The pool was good with the kids but we had a couple of days where other guests invited outside people to enjoy the pool, making it overcrowded and uncomfortable to stay. So there is really no control on who enters the property. It is a bit of walk into the central part of Coolum but can be an enjoyable walk. Okay for price but would hesitate to stay again.

Rooms need a lick of paint and a good clean

Great location and large family apartment with 2 bed 2 bath which was great. Only downside was blinds were not black out and were extremely dusty and dirty..hadn’t been cleaned in what would appear a longtime. Once Managers made aware they attended to it immediately.

This is one property I will definitely come back to. Great location, lovely apartment and facilities are first class.
