Beds were comfy. Linen and towels spotless. All meals we had at the restaurant were delicious. Wouldn’t bother going into town to eat.

The property was conveniently located and an easy walk down to the Fascine. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise and the staff were friendly and efficient. It was an added bonus being able to get a load of washing done! Unfortunately the room we were in was old and tired, with paint peeling off ceilings etc. While the bedroom and tea making area was spotlesss, the bathroom was not. There was rubbish from previous guests behind the door and the shower was full of dust and debris (sand or crumbling grout perhaps). Back to the positives though - great breakfast, big fluffy towels, good size TV and reliable WiFi helped make it a good choice for a short stay!

Good location. We had issues with the TV & the reception guy came over very quickly & sorted with a tune up. The room cleanliness was sub standard…I didn’t realise how bad until I closed the toilet door….used toilet roll, grit & dirt that looked like it had been accumulated over weeks/months. Interestingly, there was a staff member in the room when we went in….apparently checking the room? Housekeeping?? Air con was beeping constantly overnight until we turned it off at the power point. I have given this place several chances but won’t be back.

We have stayed before so knew what to expect. The decor is a bit tired but the breakfasts are good and the beds were comfy.

Good stay

As Mosquitos came inside our room and bathroom, we could not be relaxed. Used spoon left on the table, cleaning was poor. Bathroom and fridge were old and uncomfortable.

It was clean but could use a refresh. Reataurant was excellent!

Das Hotel ist gut. Die Zufahrt zu finden ist nicht ganz so einfach. Man kann aber gut ein oder zwei Nächte dort sein.

It was lovely to be recognized and welcomed by the breakfast attendant when I went in for breakfast on my first morning. She remembered me from my previous visit.

Sure Stay Carnarvon by Best Western is a good hotel. The hotel is dated, but the rooms are spacious and kept clean, as is the outdoor pool area. The complimentary breakfast is a nice addition to any stay. The staff are friendly and attentive. Sails Restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Carnarvon for dinner. Excellent meals.

Good motel next to the yacht club in Carnarvon. We stayed just one night on our way south from Exmouth. Close to the waterfront. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Pool area was nice. Good and silent air conditioner.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Although the buildings are old it was clean and neat. Very convenient to have the restaurant so you don’t have to travel for dinner. I enjoyed my stay.

Flott rom men dårlig vedelikeholt bad. Badet hadde løs plastlist i dusjen og virket litt lurvete.

Friendly staff and great food

Grei overnatting i et veldig stille tettsted. Elendig med tilgjengelige spisesteder, til gjengjeld en god restaurant på hotellet. Stort sett alle spisesteder samt bottlestore er stengt på søndag og mandag.
