Bagus tapi manajemen perlu upgrade, tidak ramah, ganti kamar tanpa izin. Mereka membutuhkan manajer dan staf kantor depan yang lebih baik.

I booked Deluxe room with bathtub (39m2), being informed that I got upgraded doom to Superior Suite (72m2). I'm very happy as I able to experience the stay in the suite room. Room is clean, big with a king size bed and sofa bed. Front desk staff (Ms. Pa) is well trained and professional-can speak good English. Ms. Pa is very help full and so to a trainee. There which I don't know her name-she get me a transport when I say I wanna go to airport. Bell boy is so kind to get me an umbrella as its raining even very short distance. There are scale for you to weight your luggage before depart to airport/ packing. Its 5 min walk to Bangla street-famous night life street. 10 min walk to jungceylon (closed after covid) but big c still operating. The location of hotel is very Strategic and convenient, easy access to everywhere but not near to beach. Walk out from hotel less than a min, there are plenty of massage shop, laundry shop and 1 restaurant with Thai and Western food. In term of breakfast, I bought only room so I need to buy breakfast separately. Normal price 200 baht/head but there are 20% for all room type booking. So end up I pay 160 baht/head. I personally feel that not much choice for the food as mostly western cuisine, no congee or local Thai food provided. I walk around to see only as raining day & night, I'm not able to swim but the pool is clean and quite big, they even provide pool towel. Few thing I hope there are improvements for hotel room are: 1) The electric socket in the room is limited and it's far from the bed-usually I charge phone or camera during night time and easy to off when it's near to me. 2) Due to the hotel room size is bigger than usual (72m square) When I sleep on my bed, I can't feel the cool from air conditioner. Force to use the stand fan provided, but it's quite far from bed, it cause I woke up few times in the middle of night due to hot and I sweat.

Saya memiliki pengalaman menginap yang menyenangkan di sini. Staf hotel selalu berusaha mengakomodasi kebutuhan saya. Semua orang harus datang ke sini untuk beristirahat.

Tidak ada soket listrik di samping tempat tidur dan sangat sedikit soket.

Kamar tenang, besar, bersih, pelayanan yang sangat baik

Tempat yang bagus untuk tinggal, kami tinggal di sana selama 3 hari.

Kenyamanan ramah, harga terjangkau

Sendal mandi saja tidak boleh dibawa pulang, paling juga harga berapa sih sandal hotel. Dari sekian banyak hotel yang saya nginap, ini satu satunya yang melarang.

sikap pelayanan yang sangat buruk ... kita dikenakan untuk sandal yang hilang bahwa penerimaan mengatakan kepada kita untuk ... tapi kita tidak mengambil itu ... jadi setelah argumen yang panjang ... pada akhir mereka mengatakan kepada kita bahwa kita don 't harus membayar untuk itu lagi ... sebab mereka telah menemukan itu di kolam renang (atau mungkin karena aku mengambil beberapa foto dengan telepon saya) konyol pada awalnya mereka bersikeras bahwa kita harus membayar untuk 150 baht per satu set sandal.
