It was a good experience, surprisingly low price..

Hotel in good location for our needs although nowhere really to go out in the evening. We did have quite a few issues with our room, although rectified I feel that we shouldn't have had them in first place- kettle and fridge not working. Not enough towels, water not in room when we arrived.complimentary papers- only got on last day!

It was not a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms are claustrophobic and mosquito infested to ruin your sleep. The staff are not cooperative. Instance where i wanted an extra towel the guy kept insisting that we already have one towel in the room and was rude. We asked for glass of hot water which was never deivered. Only good part about the hotel is the location in Pune.
