I was in the luxury hotel business before retiring so I am a harsh critic who also recognizes extraordinary service when I receive it. From the greeting when I pulled up to the hotel and the easy in room check in I truly felt like a guest, not a customer. I was only at the hotel for one night before an international flight. A cold came on and so I mentioned to the front desk on check out that they would want to tell housekeeping to fully clean the room due to my being sick. From that moment they could not have been more caring, getting me crackers and biscuits for my flight, tissues, water and even cold medicine. They told the driver of the car to take my luggage for me as far as security would let him. The hotel from what I saw (mostly in spacious room due to being sick) is exquisite.The room was spacious and as in the photos and the bathroom was a dream with a large oval tub, separate shower and two sinks. But it is the staff going above in beyond with every interaction I had with them that makes this the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
