Rooms are great - very spacious, clean with good bed linen and excellent refreshments. Bar hours are not great. Our stay was ruined by the noise from the traffic. Only found earplugs in the morning. It would be good to let guests know they are there and maybe trying to improve sound insulation

Beautiful, quiet property in downtown Victoria. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in staff were very friendly and so helpful.

The hotel and staff were great. The restaurant and bar were excellent. The only negative is the surrounding area. Lots of drugs and homeless people. Many surrounding businesses were closing.

Great customer service, room was extra large. They gave us the complimentary queen size bed. The room has cappuccino machine too. That was almost big and solar system was Excellent. No water.

The Hotel Rialto front desk staff , Arlene, Jinny & Sangay were all very helpful & courteous. Hotel was very clean & well maintained. The cleaning staff Ngawang also did a great job. Will definitely recommend Hotel Rialto to our friends!!!

Great location, quiet rooms (= no noise from outside), clean. I have been to Victoria 9 times, 3 of those at this location. In short, I will return.

We loved this hotel. It's a remarkably well renovated older property. It was so quiet, so clean and so comfortable. And beautiful. Location was proximal to lots of interesting places in Victoria. And yet, the street was not too crowded at all.

Great hotel and pretty good location. Easily walkable to most places besides places far away such as Butchart gardens.
