So very nice hotel with very nice amenities. But it is in the middle of a very busy downtown city center. Not particularly wise if you walk out at night.

The davinci has exceptional services.well situated. The valentines dinner they hosted lastnight was very romantic.overall service expected and from davinci as always 10 out of 10

Top notch service

Very poor condition. Air conditioner are not able to cool the room . Poor air conditioning . Water leaking from Ir conditioner. Staff is not very cooperative. Never recommend to stay in this Hotel.

The property area was safe and very convenient to shopping. The staff was very gracious and helpful. This was a beautiful hotel.

Location excellent, close to shopping and dining. Staff in the breakfast room were fantastic!!! No turndown service as advertised. Only done once gratuity money was left in the room ( bribe) !my husband and I were Appalled!

Fantastic hotel

I ordered Room Service which never arrived. No explanation was given.

Left the room at 10 am for meetings on first day and was shocked on return at 10 pm to find the room still not cleaned. The in-room coffee machine was also faulty. Not a great first stay but will give benefit of the doubt for a second visit.

With beautiful attentive staff, great facilities and an incomparably good location, this is the ONLY hotel in Jo’burg for my wife and I.
