Room was very spacious and clean

Clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent location. Breakfast available for an additional fee, and plenty of cafes with a short walk.

Excelente localização, café da manhã com opções de doces, pães, frutas e frios, além de café, chás e sucos. Quarto amplo e camas confortáveis. O único inconveniente é o fato de não ter elevador, o que dificultou um pouco o acesso com as malas ao piso do quarto

Todo excelente con la atención de la anfitriona, habitaciones limpias y buena comunicación. Solo 1 día no realizaron limpieza ni cambiaron toallas. La ubicación es ideal para admirar el parque Mont Royal. Buen hotel Boutique.

Chambre très propre, personnel très courtois, stationnement gratuit si disponible, très avenant à garder les bagages en sécurité même si on arrive plus tôt. Près de restaurants et très abordable pour être sur le plateau Mont Royal

Across from a beautiful park, with dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Free parking near the hotel and a lovely staff.

Bathroom sink taps were as expected with cold on the right and hot on the left but the tub/shower tap was the opposite: clockwise for hot, counterclockwise for cold. The downstairs lounge where breakfast was served had tables for two and tables for four. A table the size of a table for two would have been ideal. As no such table was provided in the room I had to use the small round table on which the landline phone sat for my 14" laptop which just fit; I had to place the phone on the floor. Then I took an even smaller bedside table that had a lamp, placed the lamp on the floor and moved the table over to my laptop location to use for my coffee cup. I provided check in feedback through Expedia about this; the receptionist confronted me, told me the rooms were fully renovated and how dare I suggest a table or desk was required. She does not have the right temperament for her job.
