Non ho provato il centro benessere e avevo una camera con vista sulla strada. Ciononostante ho apprezzato molto il balconcino e la pulizia della camera, nonché il parcheggio privato, la colazione e la gentilezza del personale.

bellissimo Hotel

Wow! Is probably the best word to sum up this wonderful hotel,it's in a great location, the hotel itself is so nice ,the staff was amazingly helpful (we had car trouble and recommended a local place) the room was spectacular with bith views of the mountains and how clean it was . It was one of the highlights of the trip

Large space and great view!

Leider war das Servicepersonal weder aufmerksam noch hilfsbereit. Zum einen hat man uns wiederholt bei der Order des Frühstücks „vergessen“, da die beiden Servicekräfte mehr mit den italienischen Gästen zum Plausch beschäftigt waren als unsere Bestellung in die Küche weiterzugeben. Zum anderen spricht das Personal sehr schlechtes Englisch und gibt sich zudem keine Mühe jemanden zu verstehen. Aufgrund der Baustelle vor Ort war es bereits am frühen Morgen an einem Samstag sehr laut.

Alt svarte til forventningene. Gratis parkering, nydelig frokost og stort, moderne rom med gode stoler, dusj og badekar. Hyggelige fellesområder både inne og ute. Svært sentral beliggenhet.

Nice updated rooms, large and comfortable in our space, especially for Italy! Good food, nice staff, excellent location right in the middle of town.

We only stayed one night, wished it had been more. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a snack with drinks, evening meal and breakfast and the food was excellent. Highly recommended. Only one negative, which won’t bother you if you are staying in the winter months, but the balcony door in our room had a very light curtains and it was daylight at 5am. Needs to be a blackout covering.

Great hotel

Excellent traditional hotel. Extremely clean with a remqrkable, wonderful fresh scent throughout. Nice view, excellent breakfast, convenient parking, close to everything.

The San Lorenzo is an exercise in patience. Front desk is impatient, short and non informant to first time guests. They really should inform guests of how their floors are numbered. The heat is so high in rooms, on a 50 degree dau. I measured 78. We had to sleep with balcony door open at all times.

Posizione ottima sia per il centro storico che per gli spostamenti ( Livigno, Tirano). Camera pulita adatta per chi ha un cagnolino. Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Colazione favolosa: oltre al ricchissimo buffet dalla carta c’ è un ampia scelta tutto compreso nel prezzo della colazione. Hotel ben addobbato per passare le feste di Natale.Ritorneremo sicuramente se capita l’occasione.
