Ein wunderbares Hotel mit allerbestem Service, an der Rezeption, beim Concierge, vor allem im Restaurant, sehr schöner Weltklasse-Spa. Da meine Frau Geburtstag hatte, brachte das Hotel einen Überraschungskuchen aufs Zimmer. Das war wirklich sehr aufmerksam und allerliebst.

Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down.

Amazing stay with my family, the hotel is incredible. Ideally located for some mountain hikes, walks and biking. The spa pool is one of the best we’ve had in a hotel and the service was world class.

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, und mein Zimmer war sauber, komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und köstlich, ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Der Spa-Bereich bot eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zur Entspannung. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt einfach großartig. Ich fühlte mich bestens aufgehoben und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir reisen viel und geniessen immer mal wieder die Vorzüge der Hotels. Das Tschuggen Grand Hotel hat uns auf der ganzen Linie überzeugt. Ja, mit 500.- gehört es eher der teuren Kategorie an, jedoch war uns dieser Aufenthalt jeder Franken wert. Herzlichen Dank dem tollen Personal, das unglaublich bemüht war, uns unseren Kurzurlaub so schön wie möglich zu gestalten.

I could not have been more pleased with the personalized attention and excellence of the staff at the Tschuggen Grand Hotel. Everyone was friendly, professional and very helpful in every way. The service was impeccable. The pool/spa is incredible and worth the stay itself. I hope to return again.

Every contact with the staff was friendly and professional, including the doorman, bellhop, reception and restaurant team. Service was top notch from all staff menbers who pay attention to details that differentiate this property from the competition (programmed cards for access the the propritary lift and ecards for access to municipal services, gourmet treats and champagne in our room, extensive vegan choices at meals). The suite itself was tastefully finished, functional, comfortable and well stocked with an outstanding view. We plan on returning for a longer stay.

The service is the best we have experience. We are speaking as those who travel around the world for our work up to 3 to 4 months a year. Everyone was attentive to our needs from food, transport to ski rental & lessons. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

Tolles Hotel, schönes, grosses Zimmer mit grossem Bad und Balkon, freundliches Personal, schöner Spa-Bereich. Es war Spitzenklasse; gerne wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt nur das Restaurant bräuchte mal ein Upgrade.

Very good hotel where you find that everything is perfect. From breakfast to dinner, from cleanliness to room, from gym to spa... But if you want to be picky, I would say that breakfast lacks some vegetables, the mattress in the room is ok, the pillows are too soft... One thing that may be noticed is that they had only coffee-making facilities in the room, so I had to ask for some tea bags and a kettle... Besides those little things, all was perfect.

Magnifique hôtel où le luxe est présent partout où vous allez : spa, chambres, restaurants, accueil. Très bonne nourriture avec prix raisonnables pour un établissement de cette catégorie. Les chambres par contre sont chères mais bon... le luxe a un coût. Sinon personnel très aimable, et tout était parfait.
