Great hotel in the heart of Barcelona. Staff were very nice and helpful. Rooms were large clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

The staff were kind, the room lovely, but the decor is starting to appear a little tired and dark. I don’t like the payment system that has been introduced to the “minibar” lounge downstairs which in years past was included and a wonderful way to meet other guests. It is expensive for what you get nowadays, and isn’t the unique and different experience that it was. We won’t be returning, which is sad for me; I was a real regular at one point.

It is a nice property, and to be fair, I arrived early, and I was able to check in early, which was great after 3 flights. I originally booked my stay for 3 nights, but had to change my plans due to volunteer work I was doing in Africa starting earlier than I originally thought. They refused to work with me and change my arrangement, leaving me on the hook for 3 nights when I only stayed 1. We all know that there is always something that a hotel can do to help, but they wouldn't budge, and it was an expensive one-night stay. I pre-arranged a transfer to and from the airport through the link that they provided me, which I paid for upfront. They told me that there was no transfer arranged, even though I paid for it and had the email confirmation and receipt, so they called me a taxi. While I was on the way to the airport, the driver called me because he was waiting for me, so I paid twice for the transfer. They refused to refund me even though it was their mistake and I used their link for the booking. Hotels are set up to help, and this one did not. The man at the front desk was the one I dealt with for both issues, and he was short with me, telling me to ask the driver for a refund instead of the hotel. Due to their lack of hospitality and willingness to be flexible, I would not recommend them for international travel, because things happen and it is important to work with people - they will not do that. On the bright side, it had nice showers, and it is a good location.

Una experiencia de lo mejor, el personal super amable, el desayuno muy bueno, el rooftop bastante bien y te recomiendan buenos lugares, siempre hay algún refrigerio disponible para cuando llegas, en fin 100 de calificación.

このたびはCasa Camper Barcelonaに3泊宿泊いたしました。 まず最初にお伝えしたいのは、1日目と2日目は本当に素晴らしい滞在だったということです。ホテルの雰囲気やサービスのおかげで、とてもリラックスした時間を過ごすことができました。そのため、今回の滞在には大きな期待を寄せていました。 しかし、3日目の夕方頃から客室のエアコンが正常に作動しなくなりました。何度試しても電源が入らず、すぐにフロントへ状況をお伝えしました。スタッフの方からは「すぐに対応します」と案内を受けたため、私は夕食に出かけ、その間に修理が行われるものと思っていました。 ところが、ホテルに戻ってもエアコンは直っておらず、再度フロントへ相談しました。しかし、返ってきたのは「できることはすべてやっている」「修理できないのは私たちの責任ではない」「明日の朝にならないと対応できない」といった説明だけでした。 私は状況を理解しようと何度もフロントへ足を運びましたが、回答は変わりませんでした。その日のバルセロナは30℃を超える暑さで、室内も非常に暑く、とても快適に眠れる環境ではありませんでした。翌朝は早く出発する予定だったため、十分な睡眠を取ることができず、とても困りました。 設備の故障自体は、どのホテルでも起こり得ることだと思います。しかし、私が最も残念に感じたのは、その後の対応です。部屋の変更や扇風機の手配など、何らかの代替案を提案していただければ、受け止め方は大きく違っていたと思います。しかし、そのような提案はなく、「朝まで待つしかない」という対応だけだったことに、大きな失望を感じました。 この一件により、せっかく素晴らしかった滞在全体の印象が大きく損なわれてしまいました。滞在前は「またぜひ利用したい」と思えるホテルでしたが、今回の経験を思い返すと、再び宿泊することをためらってしまうかもしれません。 今回の内容を真摯に受け止めていただき、今後同じような状況になった際には、お客様に寄り添った柔軟な対応や代替案をご検討いただければ幸いです。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

If you are traveling to Barcelona you should stay at Casa Camper. It is located on a quiet street near all the main tourist areas with easy access to the Metro and bus lines. The hotel staff is so helpful and kind. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The roof terrace with the hidden drain shower is a wonderful on a hot day. There is filtered water, snacks and coffee always available and the honor bar is a great touch. Thank you Casa Camper staff for a wonderful experience.

Hotelli on edelleen hyvä, mutta ei loistava kuten ennen. Ennen hintaan kuului maksuttomia välipaloja ja aamupala oli ilmainen, enää ei, eikä aamiainen ole hintansa arvoinen. Huone oli hyvä, mutta siinä ei ole jääkaappia, jota tarvitaan kun välipaloja ei ole.

Clean room

The location, rooms and staff were great. The pre paid breakfast option is a must. The little side lounge was a fun add on as well. The only downside was no fridge in room and the gym wasn’t really a gym. Be aware there is a tourism tax to be paid at checkout. Outside of that great place I recommend!

I thought overall the stay was fine. My only concern was that I felt as if the stay was overpriced for what was received. The location, roof terrace, cleanliness were all excellent.

Enjoyed this cute hotel

Loved our stay. The staff were extremely helpful, the honesty and and terrace were great for chilled evenings, and free tea/coffee/snacks each day was welcomed. The living space is separate to the bedroom but we really appreciated it. We’ll be back again!

Our stay was incredible! Staff was very professional and friendly. Room and amenities 5 star+. Roof top Terrance at sunset was gorgeous. Highly recommend.

Very good property

Great location and very large rooms. Staff was very helpful and rooms and common areas were clean. Honesty bar was a nice touch to get a late night bottle of wine and snack.

Casa Camper was one of the most thoughtfully appointed hotels I’ve stayed at. The room was spacious, had great storage (appreciated the hooks all down the wall), and perfect vanity setup in the bathroom window. We especially loved the honesty bar and the view from the terrace. The location was central to transit and La Rambla without being noisy or too bustling. Would highly recommend!
