Super accommodating friendly staff. Great location near the beach and all attractions. Modern but cozy boutique hotel with spacious rooms, good amenities and fantastic sauna and fitness room for private use. (Returning customer)

Veldig seriøst, fint lite hotell. Upåklagelig serviceinnstilte ansatte. Sengene var forferdelig harde for oss med litt vonde rygger - ble ikke mye søvn. Ble også litt overrasket/skuffet over at bygget det var bilde av på forsiden ikke var hotellet,men utsikten fra hotellet. Balkong var heller ikke det vi så for oss, men fransk balkong (altså bare mulighet for å åpne 2 dører, men ikke gå ut). Skulle også ønske det var mulighet for begge 2 å sitte i en god stol, men det var bare 1. Utsikten fra rommet var ikke noe særlig, rett i en bakgård med fullt av rør og bråkete ventilasjonsanlegg, samt mye fugleavføring. Beliggenheten var meget sentral, rett ved gågaten i Sopot hvor alt skjer.

Flott hotell. Var ikkje lobby til å oppholde seg i på kveldstid.

Great location of this hotel, close to the pier, beach and cozy Main Street full of restaurants and cafes! Appreciated that body lotion was available in the room. Clean and good sized rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff. Small improvements: The comfort of extra bed we had was unfortunately terrible, no extra pillows were available. Opposite the hotel is a night club which was open until 4:30 on the Friday & Saturday we stayed at the hotel. Earplugs would be great to include as a part of the vanity kits provided in the room. Would also have been great if beach towels were available. Overall a great stay - recommending the hotel!

Mycket bra hotell. Jättebra läge. Personalen var väldigt tillmötesgående och serviceinriktad.

Hotell med centralt läge i Sopot nära stranden. De har 4 ⭐️, vilket jag inte tycker de lever upp till. Vi har bokat ett rum med terrass och terrassen förgyllde verkligen vistelsen: rymlig, med ett nät mot fåglar. Rummet var väldigt litet, sängen 140 cm smal, alldeles för smal för två vuxna. Städningen var slarvig, spegelramen i badrummet var dammig under hela vår vistelse. De glömde även tömma soporna så man fick säga till. En dag luktade duschhandukarna väldigt illa, typ kemikalier. De fyllde inte heller på det som skulle finnas gratis på rummet, t ex godisbitar till kaffet. Frukosten var bra, stor variation. Dagpersonalen var hjälpsam och artig. Däremot killen, som jobbade natten då vi checkade in, verkade inte ha någon koll alls, kunde t ex inte svara på ifall det var ok att dricka kranvatten i Sopot. Vi kan tänka oss bo där igen, men i ett rum med större säng.

We really enjoyed our stay, our room was large,clean and comfortable. Great amenities, comfy bed and really nice bathtub! The staff were friendly and very helpful. The property is just a block from the waterfront with lots of restaurants, shops and convenience stores nearby. Very walkable. We were facing the main road so it can be quite noisy at all hours. We'd definitively stay here again should we find ourselves back in Sopot

Balcony room at 1.th floor was smaller than expected, and much noise from the street and market square in front of us. Great location though, a few steps from the beach and the «Main Street» of restaurants.

The hotel was great. Very well located and close to both the beach and the center. The room was well cleaned and the toilet was disinfected. We were upgraded and got a room with a balcony😀. The breakfast was good. There was most everything you could want. The staff at the hotel were very nice! We would love to come back again!
