The Riad itself was beautiful and the staff were incredible. They were attentive , polite, helpful and always willing to lend a hand so that your stay and Morocco experience were amazing. The location was quite good as well . About 100 meters from Bab Dhoukala which is the main entrance to the area and where your tax would drop u off . The staff will meet u at the drop off for your bags . They arranged daily excursions which were wonderful. It is a family run business with all of the perks . Only very minor issue was water pressure and hot water were sporadically not up to snuff. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Riad Kniza for your Marakesh stay .

The riad was wonderful. If you are traveling with a friend or want separate beds make sure you clarify with the riad first. Our room had one double bed. They separated them but they were essentially one bed. They kindly made up one of the couches downstairs in the room so it worked out ok.

This is an amazing, authentic Riad to stay. It really is an oasis in the middle of of old Marrakech. Above all, the level of service is was incredible, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they made us feel so welcome, which was so valuable in our visit to Marrakech, thank you so much Riad Kniza.

Beautiful, well run, and well situated riad within easy walking distance to major attractions. Attached to a wonderful small museum of Morrocan art. The owner, a former art dealer who rebuilt the place, generously showed us around.

This property is a true gem. The place is so beautiful and the staff were awesome. I loved that this Riad was located amongst the local people. The people in the area were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this Riad.

Riad Kniza war eine sehr charmante Unterkunft. Das wunderschöne Haus wurde nur noch durch das unvergleichlich aufmerksame und nette Personal abgerundet. Hätten wir zusätzlich noch Schlappen auf den Zimmern gehabt, gäbe es gar nichts mehr zu meckern.

Riad kniza was extraordinary ! Everything was prefect.

Beautiful property with fantastic and very friendly staff. Everyone was helpful, really friendly and happy to help. The property is a piece of art, very clean, spacious rooms and a rooftop that is an oasis of tranquility. We would return any time. We also felt safe walking from and to the property at night. However, the alley is highly frequented by mopeds and has a lot of places that barbecue on charcoal, particularly at night which leads to smoke and smells. That part of the Medina is still fairly authentic, so prepare yourself for some frenzy. Just a minor side note: If you like to sleep in, you might want to consider earplugs because the sound travels through some sections of the property and the early morning cleaning could wake you up.

Absolutely lovely, luxurious hotel with excellent service. Location was convenient to many dining options, the souks and other sites in the Medina.

My recent stay at Riad Kniza was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their easy-going nature and eagerness to assist. They efficiently arranged our airport transfers, making our arrival and departure stress free. The breakfasts were a highlight - generous and delicious, with the added luxury of choosing to dine in our room, on the rooftop, or in the restaurant. Our room was spacious and meticulously cleaned twice a day, with fresh fruit and water replenished daily. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Hammam experience organised right in the Riad. Overall, Riad Kniza exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend it!

Great experience

Good location but very dark inside

My second time back at Riad Kniza, and it was absolutely incredible. This hotel has the highest quality of service and they really do take such good care of their guests. I love how small it is and how much attention we received in terms of timely answers for our requests, room service twice a day, and beautiful breakfast every morning. It’s such a treat and will have us coming back to Marrakech to visit this riad for years to come. I’ll be dreaming of Riad Kniza!

Beautiful Riad, service top notch and ideal location for shopping and seeing the old city

My wife had to point it out, but the idea of the Riad is to enjoy life the way that the owners had in the past. Its remarkable to go from the crazy business of the medina to the oasis of the Riad. The rooms were luxurious and the entire Riad was so calm and quiet. The breakfasts were incredible. Really enjoyed my stay

Where to begin. The Riad Kniza is a hidden gem that is an absolute must if you are coming to Marrakesh. In the old town lots of thimgs to vosit only a walk away. We were welcomed by Fatina who was so friendly and helpful, our room was huge, spotlessly clean and a little bit of heaven. We had breakfast on the roof terrace every morning and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Cant recommend this Riad enough, i just wish we had time to stay longer.

Absolutely delightful riad with a very friendly and welcoming staff! I spend seven pleasant nights and celebrated by 50th birthday with friends at this beautiful property. Everyone was kind and flexible and make me feel valued as a guest.

If I was going back this would be my first choice. Really good value and attention to detail
