Reception wasn’t available when we arrived or at all during our stay. Bed hard, very dated. Bathroom clean however shower grate unattached to shower floor. Very thin walls as we could hear the conversation in the adjacent room. You had to unplug the fan to turn on tv.. vise versa.

Friendly staff, clean and tidy

Lovely restored Victorian home on Main Street in a very cute little town outside of London. Wonderful hosts. Attended to very well. Very clean and easy for our family at five to access.

We enjoyed our one night stay at The Lawn Guest House right before flying out of Gatewick Airport. The Guest House was close to the airport. We were thankful for the personal shuttle service. The room, bed and ensuite bathroom were comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. There are several very good restaurants within walking distance. Overall it was a very nice stay finishing off our London visit.

Lovely guesthouse with a warm welcome. Room was clean and cosy, perfect place to stay before catching an early flight from Gatwick.

Un bel accueil, belle chambre, salle de bain rénové. Près en quelques minutes d’autobus de l’aéroport. Quelques minutes de marche de la station de train. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité.

Our flight was late, I let him know, he was prompt getting back to me with options. So easy to get there from Gatwick on the 100 bus. Room was so Victorian, we loved it. Beds were good and bedding cosy. The water was hot for showering in the evening, idk about morning? There is shuttle and breakfast available.

So helpful, enjoyed my stay very much.

Excellent place, would highly recommend

I just stayed for a week as I was on an educational trip near by and it is in a great location, super clean, safe, friendly staff although I hardly saw anyone. Super close to all the big supermarkets and airport and petrol stations! The bed was super comfy, the only downside is people coming in or departing early to catch flights and you can hear some noise but after about midnight its dead quiet. I would stay here again for sure.

Good stopover hotel - no frills but comfortable and clean. The breakfast could do with being more varied.

After landing late at LGW all I wanted was a simple, clean, comfortable B&B. The Lawn met that is every aspect. Easy procedure for late check in. It is a £20 taxi ride away from the South Terminal.

Try friendly and helpful

The house is lovely and staff is friendly. Easy access from and to Gatwick, walking distance from Horley Thames Link station. Walking distance from restaurants and stores.
