Absolute perfection in hospitality, view, grounds, pool, breakfast, amenities, the boat ride, there wasn’t anything that was overlooked! Also I need to mention about the young beautiful classy lady named Arfi (not sure about the correct spelling) who was managing the indoor, outdoor resturant on the first floor of Leela Palace on the lake of Udaipur was doing a phenomenal job, born to be a leader! It was wonderful.

Our stay here for three nights was a memorable one. The resort is appointed very well, from the architecture to the decor and curated art all over. The lake view with the views of City palace is another highlight. The staff were exceptional, Samarth and team in the dining room and our butler Gurjot stood out in taking care of all our needs and preferences.

I’m glad my family chose Leela, it never fails to deliver.

Everything was superb from rooms to amenities to staff. We will definitely be back!

Leela Palace was certainly nice. However, it is an older property that needs some renovation and maintenance. Food was good but not the best on our Rajasthan tour by any means. Service was good but certainly not at the level of the other Indian 5-star properties.

Just magical! From the moment you get on the boat to the hotel you are transformed. Best arrival experience ever from the scenic ride to the greeting at the hotel. Loved our stay, was truly a memorable experience.

Property was beautiful and stay was enjoyable.

This is a beautiful hotel with a wonderful lakeside location. It has everything you would wish for in a 5 star hotel. The restaurant menu has to be seen to be believed and the quality of the food is excellent. It's pricey but if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, this would be a very good choice.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were extremely kind and hospital throughout the stay. Neha was our point of contact throughout the stay and she did an incredible job ensuring that our trip was well-coordinated and comfortable.

Transportation on the water side was superb, but on the gate side was a complete let down.
