Staff was very helpful and kind. The location was very convenient. The room is very bare but has what you need. I will use this again for a quick budget friendly option. No breakfast provided despite what online postings may say. I will say the cleanliness of the sheets were less than satisfactory and while the ac is nice it gets icy cold at night so being warm clothes for sleep!

The staff stood out the most for me. Juan and Airan (Alex) were very helpful during my stay. The hotel is conveniently located steps away from the ferry port and walking distance to everything on the island.

We really found that we enjoyed this hotel despite its affordability and modest decor. The staff was super friendly. The location was fantastic, only a 1 min walk from the ferry and centrally located within the central area in town with all the restaurants and shopping. We’d come back.

I have stayed here several times and it’s now my “go-to” spot in Isla Mujeres. The staff has always been very friendly and welcoming, and the property in general (rooms, pool area, gym and other common areas are very well maintained). I have sent a few friends there and everyone was happy with their stay. And, you can’t beat the location and views! 😍 I had a last-minute change in plans during my last stay and they were very accommodating, went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

This is a solid hotel if you’ve been to Mexico before and know what to expect. My goal here is to give real, practical info. The location is hard to beat—less than a five-minute walk from the ferry. We arrived about two hours early with no expectation of early check-in, but Airan got us into our room at no extra charge. Great start. We booked a king bay view room through Expedia. The lobby is clean and airy, with a small pool behind the front desk—cool (not warm), but perfect after a hot day. Ask for a pool towel. The room was clean and modest, with minimal seating but functional. The mini fridge was very cold (froze our drinks—win). The balcony is small but usable, with a great bay view and a peek at Centro. Sliding doors block street noise well. Storage is solid with a closet, drawers, and counter space. Outlets are only on one side of the bed, so bring a charging brick. The bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower; pressure mainly supports the rain head and hot water can vary. Towels are a bit worn but clean, and overall cleanliness was very high. A/C is excellent—muy frío. This is not a new hotel or a resort—no frills, no breakfast—but the staff is friendly and sweet. No coffee in the room, so plan ahead. Smart TV included. At times it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, which added to the charm.

BAHIA Choc Chi stay was just okay for the hotel conditions. The floors were quite dirty, we had to ask to have the floors cleaned several time. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The towels were very old and very few to be had. On the other hand, the location was excellent, the A/C was excellent and the staff were friendly.

I wanted a relaxing island trip, yet we were on the main drag with lots of traffic and massive exhaust smells while sitting on the deck.

Front staff Jonathan was SUPER helpful and made the stay so much better! Location and cleanliness was great! Highly recommend

No tiene servicio de restaurante, en 4 dias que estuvimos no hubo agua caliente, la habitacion se entrega a las 12 del dia cualquier retraso en minutos te cobran 800 pesos, lo bueno es su ubicacion todo muy cerca.
