Everything was great. Comfy beds, large room, great breakfast, friendly employees.

The staff & everybody was great, rooms were very clean, & the look was everything it showed online. Our biggest & really only complaint was the rooms were so humid & had a musty/wet feel about it. We changed rooms the first night because our first room had a mildew-y type smell & even the carpet felt damp. The second room was a little better but the room still smelled a little & still felt pretty humid. I'm not sure if it was an issue within the building or if it's something to do with the humidity outside

So the size of the suite was nice. But we had a cockroach and got moved. The second rooms toilet was slow and eventually stopped working. It was late evening and there were no maintenance people onsite. They offered a plunger, but couldn't find one. We checked out before it was fixed. Im waiting for a response from a manager.

It was very moldy..everyones sick now...it wasnt clean as it use to ve..will no longer stay there..this was our second trip this month..

Our check in process was awful. Both people working the desk were very unhelpful, slow & gave us keys that didn’t work twice. The hotel is old, beat up & gross. I would never suggest for anyone to stay here.

Good location for Austin, if you don't want to stay in the hustle and bustle. Nice fast-growing suburban area with restaurants and shopping, also Stagecoach Park is lovely and a very short drive.

This property is in poor condition as compared to the Comfort Suites in Kyle. The floors in the bathroom were dirty & one of the bathroom tiles was sunken in & felt unsafe. The carpet was also dirty & I had to take a second bath in the morning to wash my feet. The AC unit was very noisy & it didn’t cool the room very efficiently. I definitely won’t be back. Also , the breakfast area was not good in the AM. I went down at 6 AM & the fruit that was put out wasn’t edible.

We had a good stay the pool door was broken so could not take the kids swimming.

My card was charged THREE TIMES, they stated that they have to do a deposit and that the money would be returned after check out, wish I would have known that before booking. The other charge they said I would have to dispute with my bank if the charge didn’t go back in, basically it felt like I got charged almost $700 for a one night stay, the money did end up back in my account after a week, it was very inconvenient.

Clean room and great maid service. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and tasty. The only issue we had with this place was access to the entrance. It is not marked and hard to get to.

The facility is extremely dated. The pillows tiny, only 1 washcloth for 2 people. The bed was hard. The television was centered on a dividing wall. The "scrambled eggs" were awful.

Stayed here for a concert in Austin. Checked in front desk was very friendly rooms very nice.

Rooms were good , beds comfortable , and some of the front desk staff were ok, check in on the first day took a while for the young lady to show up at the front , it was around 9 pm , than on our 3rd day there was a young lady with short hair looked kind of butch , she was not friendly very rude n seemed in a bad mood , the housekeeping staff were great , the brkfst was ok, not a big variety n the same thing everyday , but over all we had a comfortable stay

Room was huge! Clean and comfortable hotel near lots of strip mall so everything you would need is there.
