Muy tranquilo

Experiência péssima. O atendimento foi desrespeitoso do início ao fim. A piscina do spa estava em condições deploráveis, a “jacuzzi” parecia um pinico, com cheiro insuportável e água visivelmente suja, tudo era completamente diferente das fotos divulgadas. A localização também é ruim, praticamente inacessível sem carro. Não recomendo.

The property is nice, located not far from the city centre. The staff, was ok, except for the morning staff who was quite pedantic with his responses and had an attitude. The area of the pool is outside the hotel and there’s no direct access. The floor is the pool area is in a very poor condition and needs significant maintenance (the wood floor is was pretty broken)

Linda habitación equipada y limpia. Muy linda decoración, el poder mirar por las ventanas da una sensación de estar en el bosque en paz. La pileta está en otro predio.

Hermoso lugar,las habitaciones bien equipadas y muy lindas.

Hermosas las habitaciones y el entorno. Lugar muy tranquilo para descansar. Muy buena opción para alojarse en Bariloche.

O atendimento de toda a equipe foi muito bom. O café da manhã é simples, porém gostoso e bem feito. No entanto, no momento da reserva, tivemos uma impressão equivocada da instalação. Talvez seja necessário especificar melhor que o quarto era um "duplex", ou seja, o quarto com a cama fica em um andar superior, enquanto o banheiro e a sala/cozinha ficam no andar abaixo. Ainda, fomos alocados no terceiro andar, e tivemos que subir vários lances de escada. Achamos que seria um hotel mais "afastado", mas é numa rua movimentada, e, dependendo do quarto, pode ser bem barulhento. A localização também deve ser levada em conta: fica a 1km do centro de Bariloche, mas com muitas ladeiras. O hotel é bom, mas ao reservar é preciso analisar estes aspectos.

Tudo ótimo, porém no verão fica um pouco quente, mas os funcionários e instalações são excelentes

El hotel es muy agradable. Buena ubicación. Todo está automatizado y la mayor comunicación es vía WhatsApp

Bonitas instalaciones, falta un poco de mantenimiento

Das Hotel liegt auf einem Hügel, um es zu Fuß zu erreichen, braucht man schon eine gute sportliche Kondition. Uber geht natürlich auch und kostet nicht die Welt. :-) Das Zentrum mit allen Bars und Restaurants ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Als sie Wind davon bekamen, dass wir mit dem Zimmer nicht ganz zufrieden waren, haben sie uns sofort ein anderes angeboten. Was die Zimmer angeht: es gibt verschiedene Häuser auf dem Gelände. Einige Häuser sind relativ alt, so sind auch die Zimmer. Sie sind sauber und bieten grundsätzlich alles, was man braucht, eine Renovierung wäre aber angebracht. Es gibt aber auch ein ganz neues Haus, in dem sehen die Einheiten von außen deutlich mehrwertiger aus. Von innen habe ich sie jedoch nicht gesehen. Aber auch das ältere Zimmer war für den Preis mehr als OK. Zum Fitnessraum und Schwimmbad läuft man kurz über die Straße. Der Fitnessraum ist schon ganz OK, nicht nur Alibi wie in den meisten anderen Hotels. Ich konnte dort mein normales Workout machen und habe nichts vermisst. Der Schwimmbad ist brauchbar, aber alt und nicht allzu tief: Crowlen wäre schon schwierig - da würde man den Boden mit Händen berühren. Das Frühstück ist minimalistisch, absolut nichts besonderes und nichts für hohe Erwartungen. Insgesamt angesichts des Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnisses eine gute Wahl mit kleinen Abstrichen.

The property is beautiful and the room was really nice.the staff were lovely. The kitchen was the perfect size for me, had everything I needed. But my room was very noisy. There was no soundproofing, so i could hear my very noisy neighbors upstairs (they were loud well after quiet hours) and I could hear traffic all night. It was nice to have access to the gym. I was most looking forward to the sauna and it wasn’t very hot.

This is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms and parking spots are securely located behind a coded gate. It is a short Uber ride to good places to eat. There is a grocery store just across the street (and to the left).

Equipe excelente.

Rooms looked nothing like the photos. Actual room wasn’t as maintained. Parking area is terrible. They have small, tight spots, and people’s cars can get damaged easily by other cars trying to park. The bed was uncomfortable and we had an issue with the breakfast. They told us breakfast was at a certain time, they included the time in their welcome text but no mention that it was for an additional cost. We went, ate some mediocre croissants, some of their plain scrambled eggs, and left the coffee. We walked out of the breakfast dining area a bit disappointed but laughed it off as “this is what you get when you get a free breakfast”. A day or two later, they send a message telling me I owe them for breakfast. I kindly explained that no one mentioned it and that I’m sorry and thought it was included. They simply said I should have checked on Expedia and in their fine print that says to “consult for pricing”. Yeah, well it’s a little sneaky trick because that terrible breakfast should not cost $15 per person. I’ve paid less at a decent specialty coffee shop with better food. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you really just needed a room to sleep in during your travels. I would have been really unhappy if this would’ve been our actual hotel for the week in the area.

Excelente custo benefício. Bem localizado. Próximo ao Centro, mas longe da bagunça. Mercado e padaria ao lado. Boa limpeza. Equipe simpática e prestativa.
