I didn’t end up staying. The hotel put me in the 1st room that the comforter had cigarette burns in it. So I asked for another comforter which they had only a queen. I told her it’s a non smoking room she’s like yea and they get upset that we charge them. I asked y don’t you replace with a new one. So I’m like I’ll just reach out to Expedia. Magically I got another room only to find dead bugs in it. The pool was disgusting. They refused to give me my money back. Expedia refunded my money after seeing pics. DONT stay here!!!!

The room was as clean as it should have been. Had to put a cash deposit then had to fight to get a reciept for the 100 dolars.

The breakfast was very limited in food and drinks. The room looked very run down, felt dirty, and had an old, sort of odd smell.

Don’t have good service carpet chair so dirty. And broken juices machine not good maintenance at all

Jessica was very helpful. Breakfast bar has very little variety. And closes up early. Property. Needs to be upgraded inside & out.

Water damage in bathroom . Was told 30 up charge for the little dog we had even though its a service dog and was question again by the same person the next morning. Need to worry about updating rooms first. For the price, I never expedited white glove. But my dog was more clean then the bathroom walls possible mold warp partical board..

We asked for an extra pillow or blanket during check in and got told no basically immediately. That theres only enough for rooms. That may be true but it was atypical and inconvenient. The room had a horrible bad smell. There was a car air freshener hooked onto the air conditioner which was weird in general but it didnt even serve its purpose because the smell never went away. The pool was dirty. Not sure if it was in operation because we were passing through and had no plans to swim, but it was disgusting.

Did not have time to use pool, but if we did it was dirty.

Friendly staff, great price for a safe place to sleep.

It was not a great room and you could definitely tell they had no intention of fixing up the place. But for less than $60 bucks, what can you expect. Its a place to lay your head.

AC and jacuzzi broken

Was in town for a cycling event… Situated conveniently near the freeway. Check-in was smooth, and the customer service was friendly. There was plenty of parking available. The room was satisfactory, the area was quiet, and breakfast was included, although it could benefit from some remodeling due to rusted fixtures overall no complaints

Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.

The staff was unfriendly in the beginning, but when I decided to leave the property due to being unsafe and filthy, and the room in horrific conditions, they offered to upgrade me to a different room, (after they had already told me they were overbooked for the night, and wasn't even sure they could accomadate my stay that night). I left this property within an hour of dropping off my things. I would appreciate a full refund.

Clean sheets and towels, comfortable bed, breakfast and value for price - all good. Needs remodeling and carpet deep cleaned. Friendly staff. Road noise from Route 30 is an issue for light sleepers.

Room was clean and comfy. staff friendly and helpful building is old and worn but price reflects that so it is worthwhile. I would return.

Room was in poor condition. Were out of most breakfast items by 7AM. Stool rocked on base. Tub grout was in bad shape. Walls in need of paint. Carpet dirty and needed replaced.

I was shocked at the condition of this hotel. It was dirty, inside and out.
