Das Hotel, das Restaurant und der Wellnessbereich sind top! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, sehr gut geschult und flink! Lediglich einen Punktabzug gebe ich für die nicht vorhandene Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Im Winter sicherlich nicht störend, im Sommer bei den heißen Temperaturen in der Nacht, leider schon.

Skønt hotel med et meget højt serviceniveau og smilende, søde og hjælpsomme medarbejdere overalt. Fine store værelser, hvor man kun mangler aircondition. Fint pool- og saunaområde, både udendørs og indendørs. Dejligt med Joker Card, der giver fri adgang til alle lifter i området og meget mere. Super smukt område, der er velegnet til vandring og mountainbiking.

Fint hotel, god beliggenhed, fin morgenmad. God dobbeltseng, mindre god sofa seng. Fin rengøring, men havde glemt at tømme en skraldespand. Varm dag=varmt værelse. God plads.

Ich bin beruflich viel in verschiedensten Hotels unterwegs. Aber dieser Aufenthalt war in jeder Hinsicht fantastisch! Kann ich nur bestens weiterempfehlen.

The deluxe hotel room was not clean and the furniture worn out. After having dinner at the restaurant I got stomack infection. The spa was nice but the hot tub was out of order. Staff very unfriendly. Can not recommend.

Ein tolles hotel, mit schwachem service. es fehlen die kleinigkeiten, die man in einem so exclusiven hotel erwartet. das hotel befindet sich in privatbesitz, doch man weiß nicht, wer sie sind und erkundigen sich nicht. das hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und das essen ist sehr gut!

Beautiful hotel next door to one of the main ski lifts. Food was excellent and room was nice too. Would recommend.

Lovely hotel, well located in Hinterglemm. Staff not interested in providing any sort of customer service. The worst is the reception team who all seem extremely unhappy that customers are approaching them for information. We were provided with no information when we checked in and so expected information about meal times (we were half board) ski room location (we were on a skiing holiday), spa etc to be in the room. There was no information except a printed sales brochure from the website. The staff serving in the restaurant had to be prompted to provide their service. Even though they saw you coming in, they ignored you. The restaurant is huge, extremely noisy and you feel as though you are sitting in a work canteen. A singer performing at the hotel one evening during our stay described it as the most informal 5* he had ever worked in and praised the staff. He obviously hadn't stayed there. The staff at Woods bar are openly serving the wrong drinks to customers and then passing the drink to other members of staff for them to take into the back - we expected to drink them. Our room was superb, we had a junior suite and the views were stunning. This was the only thing that prevented us from checking out. This hotel has all the trappings of a 5* hotel but it is huge and so for those expecting a more personalised 5* experience this is not for you. It needs a serious change to the way it is managed and its customer service regime in our experience.

Everything was great but WiFi could be a lot better. Definitely would recommend this hotel and would come back in the future.

Wellnessbereich ist viel zu klein, eng und stickig. Viel zu wenig Liegen im ganzen Bereich. Es war (fast) kein Platz zu finden. Handtücher gibt's nur auf Nachfrage. Rest des Hotels ist schön und in Ordnung. Service mittelmäßig da zu wenig Personal und überfordert.
