Wish we had time to enjoy the spa and pool. Great location by eat street!

Great location right next to Eat Street. Nice room. Large and comfortable.

Room looked very worn and in need of refreshing.

Et slidt hotel, som minder mere om et motel. Ligger til en trafikeret vej. Vores værelse var i annekset: tynde vægge, dårlig isolering - du kan hører naboer på gangen og trafik på på gaden. Lille parkeringsplads med ganske få pladser. Parkering på gaden udenfor skal man betale for. Beliggenhed er fin, men jeg vil aldrig vælge det sted igen.

Mike is an amazing manager! He kindly attended to our every need! We really appreciated it!

Room was very nice, including robesn heated towel bar, upscale shower. Property had hot mineral pool and heated pool. Facility was in multiple buildings. It is near Eat Street with lots of restaurant options, but one open bar had loud music until midnight.

Very nice boutique hotel. Room was in a quiet area. It was part of an adjoining room and in the morning we could hear a bit of noise from the other room. Enjoyed our stay in very comfortable room with great kitchen facilities

Good / Nice

Nice motel. Had to carry our bags up to the first floor balcony. Nice outside pool with sun loungers and towels. Well decorated and smart with lovely shower.

Pretty, but there were stains on the white chairs and a very slow moving drain. Didn't do anything about the drain because I was only there for one night. Very conveniently located to eat street. If they were to make sure the chairs were cleaned and fixed the draining, I would stay again, otherwise not.

A nice hotel close to restaurants bars and a good base for exploring Rotarua and its attractions.

Regents was in a good location. Easy walk to many dining facilities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good value for cost even if a little higher than many competing properties. Rooms were large and comfortable . We faced the pool and it was very quiet. Having a coffee maker vs instant coffee is an upgrade that should be implemented

Close to town, beautiful boutique accommodation, stayed many times, will stay again.
