Rating & Review Keseluruhan Park Drive Motel

The office was closed. Checked in by phone and told where to find the key. Large crates of used bed linen left outside by stairs. Smoking (supposedly) not permitted in rooms (which smelt) but only outside on balconies? Room was tidy and clean but the motel is old and appeals to truckers and trades people. 2.5 stars

Terrible

Upon arriving it was found that the hotel is an animal friendly hotel This was evident with the amount of dog fur on the floor and in the bathroom There were dogs staying that were barking constantly. When discussed with reception he said that the owners had been spoken to regarding their noisy dogs Evidently he didn't speak to the dogs

Great spot to stay, very clean, spacious room for the family. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of parking. We had a trailer with us and they had space for us.

I know that recent floods have affected Kempsey, but the condition of the property was sub standard. The room was great, didn't see any staff. Was unable to have showers as their wasn't any hotwater. Very disappointing.

Older motel with torn curtains but comfy beds & good heating. Area around property quite average but also aware they've recently suffered the floods which has left mud & damage around. Overall fit our needs for a night's sleep while on the road.

No remote for the tv, only given a towel for the shower - no bathmat or face washer. Bed comfortable

God location for travellers with pets. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Overall very tired motel but functional.

Cleaning & condition should have been better. Importantly, room, bathroom spacious & and comfortable, quiet location. Overall no complaints.

Terrible. Bloke at the front desk was a nice bloke but that’s where it ended unfortunately. I wish I’d spent the extra money and driven the extra 50 kays to Port.

Pet friendly and fresh milk for coffee in the morning.

Motel is dated with poor noise controls in place compounded by barking dog in adjoining room

Great spot for an overnight stop with a pet. The room was spotless and had everything needed for a good rest when driving between Brisbane and Sydney

Reception communicated any queries and problems during our travels and had no problems allowing us to pay for late checkout the following day. Bed, lounge and pillows were all comfortable and its close to shops. The only downside was we could hear every footstep and other noises from the room upstairs. Saying that this will definitely be my motel of choice when in Kempsey.
