Rating & Review Keseluruhan City Loft Hotel

Nice convenient location to walk to dinner and around town. Also very close drive to the National Cemetery where we go to visit my Dad every year. A bit pricy for the hotel but we've enjoyed City Loft for a few years now on our annual visit to Beaufort.

The staff was very helpful and the property is nice and close to everything.

We have stayed here before..It’s a great location, helpful staff, nice coffee shop next door, great rooms which are maintained well and cookies left on the door mutely😊

The staff was very friendly, I’ve stayed here in the past and had a great experience, that’s why I chose to stay here this time. When I checked in everything seemed great. Got to the room, going over the room, the shower head was filthy, the GM came and scrubbed it, I mentioned there was mold above the entrance of shower, she said it was just stains, mentioned sink had black film in it, she cleaned that also. Spent the night, woke up the next morning, congested, got in shower, the smell from the water made me nauseous, then I noticed all the mold everywhere, took photos sent to my husband, it was black mold, took videos and photos of room, called office, she said she was going to refund for the inconvenience and that she was so sorry, seemed very sincere, I was extremely upset, as I’ve been sick from BM before, got home and get and email saying she came and cleaned and I was fine with the job she did and I waited til my stay was over to complain and that she was only partially refunding me now. Very disappointed and I feel that she only

We always enjoy our stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable. The cookies left hanging on our door were such a treat. City Java has great hot and cold drinks and light food choices.

Very cute, great location, bonus coupons to the great little coffee shop on the street on the first floor. Beautiful bathroom. Plenty of spaces to hang outside. Love.

It’s a family owned motel. They are friendly and attentive. I would recommend this place for anyone visiting Beaufort. I will stay there again.

Love the location and the staff. Decent coffee shop. The big plus they have a bar now. The cookies are always a treat.

Great little place to stay!

Staff was super nice! And the location was great! However, our room had a very strange smell and our air condition unit made a jingling noise all night long which made it difficult to sleep.

Pretty nice. Great location. Staff was exceptional. The fitness room was not usable because of no A/C.

The rooms are stylish and spacious. The available amenities (coffee shop, cocktails, gym, off campus pool, bikes, etc) was an impressive listing. The stay was quieter than I expected because of my preference to being downtown. The property security allayed my vehicle safety concerns. I look forward to my next stay in the area.

The hotel was clean and well laid out. It was comfortable and convenient for our one night stay. All good as it has been remodeled recently.

The property was a few blocks away from everything: waterfront, restaurants, etc. A perfect spot. I know there's a coffee spot on the grounds. I would like a coffee pot in the room, too.

We arrived early and Stephanie was very accommodating and gave us great recommendation for lunch.

This small and cozy hotel is located in the heart of the picturesque small town of Beaufort. The staff is very friendly.
