Hotel in stunning location over looking Zermatt, great views of Matterhorn from room, would go again.

We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious!

Sehr schön gelegenes Hotel mit schönem Blick aufs Matterhorn. Tolles Frühstück. Zimmer sehr komfortabel, leider etwas hellhörig zu den Nachbarn. Super tolles Team im Hotel. Management kümmert sich mustergültig um die Gäste. Sehr schöner SPA Bereich, freuen uns darauf wieder zu kommen.

The property Is beautiful and very pleasant to stay at, however they may be short staffed or overworked, as the service was not up to the standard of the room rate. Our food was late, sometimes cold.

Nous avons passé 2 séjours au CERVO pendant cette saison : c’est définitivement notre hôtel favori à Zermatt ! L’accueil, l’emplacement, la déco tout comme le personnel sont au top. Les chambres disposent d’une vue sur le Cervin. Le spa après une journée de ski est super. Nous avons également mangé dans les trois restaurants qui sont tous aussi bons les uns que les autres. On y reviendra !

Awesome service in a great location. Maybe a bit ‘young’ for some people’s taste but we loved it.

Cervo had a high rating on many platforms but we were very disapointed in which condition we found this place. The hotel was not ready for our arrival, e.g. construction work was on going, ski room was not opened yet, dust everywhere incl.our room, from 5 restaurants/bars on the webpage only 1-2 opened, room cleaning only by request and not even properly done, restaurants reservations were mixed up several times. Despite nice design, beautiful spa area, nice food and good selection of wines, the place seemed poorly run and we felt that the hotel did not meet the 5* standard.

Super nettes Personal, sehr professionell und immer disponibel für Wünsche oder anliegen. Hotel ist sehr schön, super Ambiente und Kulinarisch wird man verwöhnt. Zimmer Super ausstattung, schöne Aussicht und Sauber. Wir werden wieder kommen 👌

O hotel é uma graça. Super charmoso e funcionários muito atenciosos. Tem uma pegada super descolada, com um bar para “après bike” no verão, que recebe vários ciclistas que acabaram de descer da montanha. Para o inverno, me pareceu bem pratico pois vc está na boca do lift (um trem) que leva até o topo da montanha. As pistas terminam neste ponto também. O restaurante do hotel é super bem avaliado. O hotel fica a 10mins de caminhada do centrinho.
