In general, we were very pleased with our accommodations and overall experience. The place was generally clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. I would recommend staying here to others. A few small things that we didn't love - the windows are powered and supposed to open and close with a button on the wall. All but 2 windows were broken and would not open. Also, the shower had some black stuff around the bottom edges. Not sure if it was mold or not, but needs to be cleaned/repaired either way. A couple things to be aware of - this location is right off a busy street that creates quite a bit of noise. Overall, this didn't bother us much, but something to be aware of. Also, the elevator for the building is very small. I think people with a lot of large luggage, or a wheelchair, or anything bulky might have problems with this. It will likely take you several trips in the elevator, or you will need to use the stairs. In general, we were happy with our stay.

Very lovely hotel and the staff is nice too. I forgot to have cash on me for the per person hotel tax and they covered it for me, but I feel terrible about it. The rooms are nice with very modern bathrooms. Lots of Chinese propaganda channels on the TV service though!

Great property, location was spot on and the property itself was very clean. The host was useful in answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend!

The building was very pretty inside and our room was comfortable. We appreciated the microwave and fridge. The only thing I didn't like was that the bed was rather hard.

자동 Check in System이 아주 편했고, 방은 깨끗합니다. 방은 사진보다 좀 작았으나 매우 편안했습니다.

Fina och rena rum, dock väldigt lyhört. Hörde allt vad grannarna sa. Vi hade stora problem med incheckningen vilket var en smula irriterade och servicen var inte så jätte bra. Men rummet var trevligt och fint och duschen var mycket bra!

Clean, and well located, about 15 mins walk to the centre, and good tram and metro stops nearby. Automatic check-in machines in the lobby so didn't meet anyone there, but room was serviced each day. More of a room than an apartment, as just a bedroom (no sofa area or kitchen area) with bathroom, but good sized. There was a washing machine and a microwave but no plates or cutlery so hard to see why or how you would use it. Some nice restaurants locally, so we avoided the touristy, medicore food you get in the old town.

The property is beautiful and extremely clean. Location is ideal for staying in Prague as the tram is out front of the property and you are close enough to the main attractions but far enough out that you can enjoy some peace and quiet. The room we stayed in was perfect for the two of us. Wonderful tall ceilings and windows and lovely furnishings. The check in process was seamless and we were able to check in early. The room had everything we needed for our stay, (although we never figured out how to get the small refrigerator cold), it was great having a washing machine as well. I highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again.

L’appartement était très propre, et très agréable. Bien qu’un peu à l’écart des centres d’intéret, le service de tram compensait largement. Seul inconvénient, lorsque nous revenions tard en soirée, nous croisions plusieurs personnes itinérantes ou intoxiqués qui ne nous faisaient nous mettre sur le qui-vive. Mais ça, les opérateurs de cet appartement n’y sont pour rien.

Our Appartment (over 2 floors) was outstanding and we really enjoyed our stay.

It was good. The bed was so comfortable. and the clean service was so nice. My family sacrify with this room.

The apartment is comfortable and staff is helpful. Maybe, there is some misunderstanding, there is no washing machine in the apartment, which caused some inconvenience for staying for 4 nights in Prague.

Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean with all the required equipment in full working order. Excellent communication from Eva who was very helpful in providing any information we required throughout our whole trip and getting about Prague. Highly recommended.
