Walls are so thin that I could hear the people in the next room snoring and not only hear them speaking on the phone but also the callers. The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko.

Ottima posizione a 2 passi dal centro....staff molto cordiale e disponibile...camera confortevole...colazione discreta...parcheggio gratuito nelle vie adiacenti oppure a pagamento in alcuni orari di fronte alla struttura ....albergo consigliato...nessun problema

Todo perfecto : persona, habitación, tranquilidad, comidas etc. Solo transporte de ski era limitado por no tener muchos clientes (solo 1 por la mañana y 1 por la tarde)

Demi pension pratique et agréable. Chambre avec baignoire balneo qui mériterait un peu de réparation et de finition. Difficulté pour avoir de l'eau chaude (il fallait finalement laisser couler plus de 10 minutes et communiquer avec le personnel de l'hôtel en anglais.) Parking pratique. Cheminée non fonctionnel. Au final un hôtel avec une impression correcte mais moyenne

Check in rapido en especial porque llegamos tarde en la noche. Parking en un terreno cerrado del hotel porque afuera cobran. Cuarto amplio, comodo y limpio con vista a la calle en donde corre en medio un rio. Lugar tranquilo. Tiene aire acondicionado. Desayuno suficiente, muy simple a escoger de una carta. En general buen servicio. Muy centrico.

Accueil charmant. Jolie chambre avec vue sur la montagne .Petit dejeuner et diner parfaits . Hotel en plein centre ville avec parking privé. Sauna et hammam .

There are more luxurious hotels closer to ski lift but for accomodation only really this was fine

Ήταν πολύ καλα αλλά δυστυχώς δεν λειτουργούσε το τζακούζι !!! Και ο λόγος που το κλείσαμε ήταν αυτός !!!! Στην ίδια τιμή μπορούσαμε να είχαμε άλλο spa hotel με πισίνα

Mycket prisvärt rum man får defentivt valuta för pengarna. Vissa i personalen är mycket hjälpsamma andra lite mindre.

exelent staff, very olesent, rooms are avariga size but clean and have table in case for working (laptop or other bussiness urgent needs ).. good hotel

Just what we expected . Solid 3 star hotel. Very friendly staff , relatively small rooms perfectly heated . Food above expectations . Good location , practically in the middle of the main and only street in Bansko , a few steps from the center. About 20 min walk from the ski gondola . Very fine for the price you pay.

This is a very pleasant hotel. The only bad points are the poor wifi and having to hand your key in every time we went out.. Very handy for the old town. Only 10 or 15 mins walk to the ski lift ..

This is an excellent place to stay in Bansko. Just away from the crassness of the new town; just on the edge of the atmospheric old town. Very clean and stylishly decorated. Very large rooms. Best of all though the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. Arrived back from an excursion too late for breakfast - not a worry they just got it for us. And when my travelling companion broke his collar bone in a fall the lady of the household (it is truly a family run hotel) dropped everything to take us to hospital and swept us through the somewhat archaic Bulgarian health system. Amazingly cheap price for all of this and a really excellent place to stay! Recommended!

The hotel is a 3 min walk to the historic city center and about a 15 min walk to the lift. The room was spacious but simple. The family that owns the hotel was very helpful.

The rooms were poorly heated by a small old air condition that couldn't heat the room properly. Other than that the hotel was okay.
