최고 좋은 호텔 입니다

The jacuzzi bathtub in the room was exquisite, kids loved watched tv in it and the harbour view is just breathtaking! However it is more for couples and I didn’t feel like it was a 5-star hotel. We stayed here as it was walking distance to Anpanman museum.

神戸ポートタワーが正面に見えて夜のライトアップも色々なバリエーションが綺麗でした。

スタッフの対応がとてもよかった。

部屋は本当に綺麗で良かったです。 ただ、部屋で使うパジャマが臭かったのが残念でした。 ですが、部屋やルームサービスは本当に最高でした。

素晴らしい朝ごはんと配膳していただいだ方も印象的ですね。朝の日昇ると夜のライトアップもとても素敵でした。

很好的住宿經驗，飯店很美，房間很大，又很好，服務人員很細心，早餐在房內享用很精緻。因為太喜歡當場又多訂一晚住，來神戶最棒的住宿選擇。

What a wonderful hotel! The room was spotless, the amenities were the best we have ever seen, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the fine dining restaurant was superb. In short, our stay was a delight. I realize most visitors to this hotel speak Japanese, but it would be helpful if the brochures and wine menus could be offered in English as well. Just a thought!

日にちを間違えて予約したのも関わらず、宿泊予約ご担当の方にスムーズに対応していただきました。おかげさまでゴージャスな時間を過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。

Hotel La Suite Kobe Harborland was just amazing in every way. The room was absolutely enormous and the huge spa was a hit with the kids. The room amenities were probably the best of any hotel I've stayed in. All staff were spectacular and so helpful. The hotel is in an amazing location on Kobe harbour - all rooms have views of the water and Kobe tower and there are numerous food options within walking distance. Our favorite coffee spot in Kobe (Blue Bottle coffee) was an easy walk and the kids loved the Gigo arcade which was almost opposite the hotel. I could not recommend this hotel highly enough and we will definitely stay here again.

■良かった点 ・客室やホテル内の雰囲気がとても良い （客室は内装が美しく広々としており、全室オーシャンビューで夜景も日中の景色も綺麗でした） ・ジャグジーやヘアアイロンが常備されており、タオル類が余分に備えてあったこと ・連泊でも希望する清掃、アメニティ補充を全て行ってくれるところ（清掃時間の希望も聞いて対応してくれるところ） ・朝食の種類、ボリュームがある（洋食はパンが7種類も付いており、朝食にしてはボリュームがとてもある。提供時間を遅くして早い昼食としていただきました。どれも美味しかったです。※和食を食べた彼も美味しかったと言っていました。和食もご飯を少なめで依頼したが、2膳分くらいお櫃に入っており、おかずも豊富で満足していました。） ・女性向けのアメニティサービスが4種類から選べること ■気になった点 ・シャトルバスがなく、駅からも遠いので歩いて行けるハーバーランド以外で観光したい人にはやや不便なところ ・朝食を運んできた台車がそのままテーブルになるのは良いが部屋にある椅子の高さがあっていない（私の背が低いからかもしれませんが…） ・御手洗の鍵が締まりにくい（鍵の位置が微妙にズレており、締めるにはコツが必要でした） ・バスローブの生地の厚さが使い古した感を感じるモノと新しいモノの差がかなりあること（丈やサイズもある？）、パジャマのズボンのゴムが伸びていたような気がしました（サイズはおなじでも丈が違うのがある？）

ｼﾞｬｸﾞｼﾞｰ付きのお風呂とﾍﾞｯﾄﾞが、どちらも広々していて快適でした。朝食もﾙｰﾑｻｰﾋﾞｽでゆったりとしていて良かったです。

Our room overlooked Kobe Port, offering a stunning night view. It was spacious and featured a jacuzzi in the bathroom with a view of the Kobe Port Tower. Despite the aged appearance of the room and hotel facilities, the outstanding service from the staff more than compensated for it. The in-room breakfast was also delightful.

Beautiful location on the harbor. Service was amazing. Very comfortable. A traditional design and gig, which is not our style but loved having a balcony and all the amenities. Breakfast came with it but was in the room and very formal. Not our preference. We declined it on Day Two. Didn’t seem that busy. Was a good value considering how fancy it was.

たくさんの高級ホテルに行ってますがラスゥィートほど満足感、気持ちを高めてくれた場所はありませんでした😊💓装飾品、香り、景色、朝食、スパ、全てにおいて素晴らしい！次回は1泊じゃなく連泊したいと思います。私をお姫様にしてくれてありがとう❣️

スタッフは笑顔が好印象。 施設はアメニティ豊富でお風呂が特に良かったです！ 良い結婚記念日になりました！
