It was brilliant being in such a large complex and having constant availability to the shuttle buses. They made it so easy to get around and even the drivers opening the door for you was amazing.

Clean apartment, great facilities on site. Its a good base to visit. Unfortunately the spa heated pool is undergoing renovation so you either have to use the unheated pool by the beach, or pay 12 euros each per day to use the heated outdoor pool at the tennis club.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location

This is my 2nd stay at this resort. This was again a lovely enjoyable holiday. A special mention to the reception staff from check in to check out were all so friendly and helpful. Plus the free mini bus shuttle service was so reliable and convenient. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

The reception staff were amazing - they were so attentive and caring. The facilities at the accommodation were perfect . The shuttle bus was a brilliant facility and we loved the beach club. Fantastic spot with great restaurants- close to airport and Quinta de Lago. We will be back!!

The resort was lovely. We booked last minute and had a nice one bedroom with a patio. They had bread, butter and jam ready. The staff was extremely helpful and I felt like was at another World Class Resort. My only comment is our room seemed dated and use an upgrade or be refurbished. However, it was a great resort and I would highly recommend staying there next time you are in Faro area.

Brilliant stay best of both worlds gorgeous villa but close to restaurants shops and even a free shuttle around the whole resort! Loved it and will definitely be coming back!

The property was great, a lovely villa. This was our 2nd visit, the only things that weren't as good this time - in particular was the shuttle bus around the resort. In the summer it is an excellent service, at Easter they only had 1 car so the wait for the service, instead of being 5 mins was more like 20-30 mins. This was poor and they should have had more drivers, I wouldn't go again at Easter they are not staffed for it. Additionally I had booked a restaurant reservation at Spikes, I had multiple confirmations but when we got there they didn't have our booking! Luckily the staff are great and Valentina recognised us from last year and looked after us so we had a great time, just small details that could have been better. Overall the villa was gorgeous and we had a lovely time.

Spacious, clean, well equipped and top condition. Our apartment (essentially part of a large villa) was perfect for a week away with a 5 month old. We thought we had to much room but it made the trip so much easier to spread out and not be confined to a hotel room or suite. The finish of the villa was fantastic, kitchen and appliances made it a smooth trip with baby. Plus a private patio and pool was perfect for relaxing there - the resort was walkable (20 mins on average to restaurants and beaches) which was perfect for us as we like to explore by foot and not drive. Use of the facilities was always seamless and guest card discounts were handy. However, when we did use the shuttle it was easy and prompt. Would recommend and will stay again next year!

Gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und sauber, Lage sehr schön. Gebuchte Wohnung neben einer Baustelle, nicht zum aushalten, Mitarbeiter haben uns dann eine Alternative Unterkunft angeboten, die einige die Frei war, leider sehr heruntergekommen und nicht dem Standard gerecht was wir gebucht haben. Entschädigung leider abgelehnt. Wir hatten die Wahl, Ferien auf einer Baustelle oder die Minderwertigkeit der Unterkunft zu akzeptieren.

This is a townhouse in a beautiful resort with lots of amenities including golf, tennis, restaurants, etc. the house is in a good shape and fully equipped. The biggest issue was that the basement (where 2 out 3 beds are located) is very mouldy and you can see walls are pealing. That caused us some health problems. For this reason I would not recommend this property.

The original booked property was miss advertised. No pool next to it. Had to rent another property as the original ones bedroom was a few meters from a through road and right next to a noisy speed bump. The traffic noise was too loud to sleep .

Rooms were clean, staff exceptional, and the resort itself it great.

Beautiful resort in Vale do Lobo but the rooms are very dated and in need of a refurb. The sofas were not very comfortable and there was only two chairs on the terrace so nowhere to lie down and chill out in the sun etc. Bathroom was ok but again very dated and need a updating.

L'appartement est bien mais j'avoue que celui qui a fait les carreaux de la salle de bain aurait besoin d'une formation car ouf ! Un enfant aurait fait mieux, mais sinon tres très correct. Le site est immense mais offre un service de shuttle. Ce qui m'a VRAIMENT DÉÇU c'est que nous devions payé pour les chaises à la plage 28 euros ! Je trouve ça tres très ordinaire pour un resort de charger pour des chaises à la plage. Entout cas j'aurais aimé le savoir d'avance.
