Was really great stay

This hotel is a great convenience for me as it is near my relatives house. One issue is that the floor tile in the bathroom if rothe room was broken.

The lady at the front desk was totally rude after she was rude. Our room smelled like sewer. The sewer smell was totally bad.

Easy access to our boat

This was a last minute stay. Staff was very helpful with extending our stay.

It was busy and still very quiet

This place is disgusting. From the moment u step in the doors and see the stained nasty carpet, to the moment u look at all the patches on the ceiling and the second u get in the elevator, almost trip on the threshold, then feel like the elevator is not going to make it up to the 2nd floor!!! Nevermind the smell of mold and filth and over pricing!! The roaches great u at the door of ur room! The stains on the couches make u feel not so at home, if u clean EVER. The black mold, brokes tiles and disgusting floors and corners will definitely be worth ur $150!! Not to mention the pubes on ur hair dryer, the broken sink as well as 2 phones in the room that dont work!!! Plenty of pics taken but the app wont allow me to upload so....stay at ur own risk is all im sayin!!!

Very clean and easy check in

We stayed in a King room, however the bed pillows were couch cushions covered in pillowcases. Would’ve expected better from a Choice hotel. The continental breakfast was kinda sad itself, only cereal, waffles, biscuits & gravy and some pastries were offered. The lady at the front desk was great!

Very dirty. Bad mattresses Would not recommend I was highly disappointed.

Overall it was fair. I left a note before leaving. My husband let them know the tv wasn’t working and to try something, we did but the tv still did not work (no reception) tried calling the service desk 5 times and was never answered. 3 stars

There are some minor repairs around the property that would go a long way to make things look better (i.e. a leak in the lobby ceiling, room numbers falling off the wall). However, other than lots of doors slamming at night, our stay was pleasant.

i was told to pay at the hotel, at check in, they would not give me my military discount because clerk said payment had already gone through. Also i booked there to use hot tub. Hot tub WAS NOT HOT. SAD experience should get refund credit

Clean hotel, dark rooms and bathrooms (need brighter light bulbs), very slippery shower with very weak water pressure!

Think about providing larger coffee cups in dining area. Way too small. Couldn't add creamer without pouring some into another cup.
