A good hotel but the road noise is loud and we experienced some issues with the hot water.

A comfortable stay. The services were good. It was difficult to connect with the hotel via phone or email as their phone line was not working ( for 10 days ! )

I booked Golden Tulip during our India trip after reading so many good reviews but we were so disappointed with the conditions and cleanliness of the rooms. Bathrooms, toilet seats were not clean, stains on bathroom mirror and also on the table in the room was not clean. One of the side lamp was turning on and off by itself. I requested change of rooms for us and kids which was acted on quickly by the manager at the reception but the two new rooms which we got on the same floor, were also not in decent state. We couldn’t sleep whole night as temperature in the room became very hot and there was no control in the room to adjust room temperature. Overall terrible experience and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. I am so surprised to read good reviews by people for this property as it doesn’t deserve it.

A very busy location, a bit away from the tourist places, but certainly gets you into the heart of Lucknow. I pleasant stay.

Nice and clean hotel. At first I was in a room facing the street which was pretty noisy, but then I got moved to the back and you couldn't hear the noise as much. I would stay here again.

Duty manager of this Hotel, named Satyam, have been rude and have pathetic management and communication skills. Let me tell you what happened and what spoiled my mood. #1. When I entered the room, whole bed and pillow covers were smelling badly due to sanitisation. This is not the way to sanitize, I was in Hilton too, but not felt anything like I felt in Golden Tulip. #2 Water bottles were only 2 for 2 people. It should have been 4. #3 Room dining was very slow #4 After 5 hours of check out I received call from Satyam, he argued over call for pillow covers and bed sheet saying I damaged them, however, it was henna stains as my wife put henna on her hairs always. We never received calls regarding such thing from wherever we stayed. But never expected or heard what I heard from Satyam. When I said that I will surely give my feedback on your behaviour then he challenged do it.

super clean rooms, and an AMAZING breakfast buffet. We’re pretty picky about hotels and we highly recommend the Golden Tulip!

Hotel staff took more money around Rs1200 for changing the building. They told the one we booked is old building / but on your website , the pics belong to the new building. THey charged extra for the upgrade. Its shear cheating .I will never come to this Hotel again. The working chair in messy condition/TORN s it its from second hand market. pls see the pics.attached for ROom 414./new building Internet is sucks./
