Muy buen personal y muy buena estancia en este hotel.

Very disappointed! Hotel advertised having a restaurant and cafeteria, neither of which were open! Hotel also advertised having wine and champagne available but were told at reception that only food and drink available was from a vending machine. As there were no bars or restaurants nearby in this industrial port area, we ended up with a packet sandwich from the vending machine! For info, it was a Friday night stay in June.

The hotel feels like it’s in nomansland. Aircon doesn’t work. The room was a sauna all day and night. Beds are not comfy. Positives: close to metro who takes you to Bilbao city centre in 15 minutes. Large rooms. Clean.

Simple 3* hotel outside of the city but close to metro

Todo muy bien, pero le falta una cafetería

Hotel barato para alojarse en Bilbao. No muy centrico y en 25 minutos estas en el centro con el metro. No tienen restaurante lo que unido a lo solitario que esta le quita puntos.

The room was lovely but the restaurant had closed down, so we had to drive to get something to eat.

Vorab das Gute. Zimmergrösse war gut. Bad war renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Lage des Hotels miserabel, inmitten einer heruntergekommenen alten Hafen- und Industriegebietes. Keine Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe. Hotel anhand des Bilder (links) fast nicht zu erkennen.

after a long jouney we arrived to be informed that there was no restaurant or bar the hotel was in a industrial estate with no local bars there fore no food or drinks were available

Pas de chauffage... on nous a donné une couverture Restaurant fermé

C'est super, pas loin du métro et aucun problème pour se garer gratuitement l'endroit est calme. A 20min du centre ville de Bilbao en métro et il y a une grande zone commerciale à 7min de voiture. c'est le lieu où se reposer.

Hotel sitúado en un polígono, metro a 10 minutos andando, se aparca muy bien. Amables. No tenían desayuno, pero puedes tomarte un café y unas pastas de forma gratuita. Para lo que queríamos muy bien

Notre chambre était conforme au descriptif, propre et spacieuse. Le grand lit est top. Par contre l'absence de restauration et petit déjeuner est simplement indigne d'un 3 étoiles.

ESTÁ ZONA NAVAL, NO MUY TURÍSITCA. HOTEL LIMPIO Y FÁCIL LLEGADA AL BEC

Vale que sea un tres estrellas, no esperaba lujos. Pero lo básico cuando vas a un hotel es poder dormir. Tener una nevera en el pasillo con un motor que no deja de sonar. Añadido a un cuadro de luz en la propia habitación que solo dejaba de hacer ruido si sacabas la tarjeta, con lo cual no funcionaban ni los enchufes. Cosas que no cuestan mucho dinero, pues eso no ayuda a descansar. No vuelvo, por económico que sea.
