The service at this resort was wonderful- staff were always kind and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was pretty decent and had a good variety. The property grounds was very lush and green. With that said, I'd say this resort is more like a 4-star resort. We felt like a lot of details were overlooked or simply just not met- i.e. dirty/stained bedding that still persisted even after being replaced, beach towels that were falling apart. Still a great stay but for the price point, it felt a little short.

Reception staff very accommodating. Breakfast very poor and staff not the best. Not much choice. Best thing was the fresh juice. Croissants and pastries stale. Rooms very large but also very dated. Upon arrival , no greeting. We had to bring our own bags to reception. Only 5 parking spaces. Certainly not 5*. Good location, nice beach and spa.

All was fantastic.

Brilliant hotel. Rooms were authentic, but with all modern needs. We stayed in a normal room and it was huge. The breakfast was good quality but the buffet area seemed a bit claustrophobic. Having the hotel on the beach is a great perk. With beach bar having great food and the staff are very attentive.

Nice landscaping, quiet villas among lush greenery, lots of food and massage options nearby. We booked a suite with private pool, garden view, and had the feeling of complete privacy. Breakfast and service very nice.Only downsides were unreluable Wifi and moody AC. Room was spacious enough but wardrobe, shower, bathtub and toilet are all within the same space, no doors between them, and poorly isolated from rest of the room.

Ialt et godt hotel, det er et ældre hotel som bærer præg af noget slitage. Sødt og serviceminded personale Indrettet som et typisk Thai hotel, hvilket har sin charme Ligger fint midt i hovedgaden Morgenmadsbuffet indeholder lidt for mange asiatiske retter for mig, men da der er mange gæster fra de asiatiske lande, så giver det jo mening Hotellet svarer til fire stjerner

Hier kann man sehr gut entspannen und den Strand genießen. Die Zimmer sind sehr großzügig geschnitten und haben eine tolle Atmosphäre mit dem dunklen Holz und den hohen Decken und dem Patio. Das Frǔhstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden sofort wieder hier buchen.

Rigtig godt hotel. Vil varmt anbefale det. Det eneste man skal være forberedt på er at det er lidt slidt. Men grundstenen i hotellet er der, beliggenheden er i orden. De er igang med at renovere hotellet så det er et stort plus. Servicen på hotellet er os super, og deres app er bare et pluds.

Great stay in well maintained hotel.

We had a great stay here in Feb/March 2024. The hotel is beautiful, the room was huge with amazing authentic traditional thai decor. We felt instantly relaxed when we walked into our room. The mini bar was stocked up with loads of drinks and snacks, welcome fruit and great staff who made us felt welcome and set us up in the room. The room was very clean and it smelled great from the incense they burn in a small corner. We also made use of their on site spa and it was a great experience too, the set up is very calming and serene and the private massage rooms with shower and tub were amazing. We're coming back to this hotel again in Oct 2024 because we loved it so much. PS:Had a pool suite and the set up of the room allows you to climb straight into the shower from the pool which is just genius

Traumhaftes Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal beim Empfang, im Restaurant und am Strand und Pool. Einzelne Mitarbeiter engagieren sich persönlich ganz besonders wie Zai im Restaurant, Servicemitarbeiterinnen, deren Namen ich nicht mehr weiß und Ko, Chit und Lain am Strand zeigen eine außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit. Sehr gute Lage direkt am Cheongmon Beach. Fußläufig sind einige andere sehr gute Restaurants am Beach und an der Straße erreichbar. Für alle Touren, die man auf Ko Samui buchen kann, wird man gratis am Hotel abgeholt. Chaweng und the big buddha sind mit einem Songthaew in weniger als 15 Minuten erreichbar.
