Rating & Review Keseluruhan Clarion Inn & Suites near the Leconte Center Pigeon Forge

The hotel was good, great location! The complimentary breakfast was good and clean. The only thing that we were not happy about was the rooms. We asked for non smoking rooms, they gave us a room that was smoking. I couldn’t able to breathe, came to the front office to change for a different room. I asked the gentleman at the front desk why he gave us a smoking room when we asked for non smoking at the check-in. He responded “he didn’t know which room is smoking and which room is non smoking. Very disappointed

Nice remodel

Place was under construction but rooms were cleaned. Staff was very supportive. They served good breakfast. I would like to stay again once property remodel.

We got a room and opened the door to find a man laying in the bed so they put us in a second room that had not been cleaned, re stocked and the AC was broken.

Nice, quiet, convenient area in the middle of shopping areas and food places. Lovely hotel, very nice management. Would stay here again for sure!

3rd shift front desk needs access to brooms/vacuums for accidental messes in the rooms. Other than that we had a great stay

Liked: the price per night. The staff were friendly. The room smelled nice and was clean. Bed was comfortable.Had HBO movie chanels. Close to many stores, restaurants and activities. Breakfast time (7-10) is perfect, food good, and dining area bright and welcoming. Dislike: people in room above us making pounding noises at 11pm and were trying to sleep. I would stay again.

I didn't like the parking situation. The hotel shares a parking lot with the restaurant next to it, which makes it hard for hotel guests to find parking at night, even with the parking placard they give you.

Overall, its great for the price. Its an older building with updated rooms. Mostly clean. I clean condos for a living and saw some small things that are not always noticed by someone who doesn't clean for a living. I would definitely stay again. Super convenient to anything in Pigeon Forge.

No complaints - good experience for us.

The room was excellent! Clean and comfortable. Love the location walking distance of restaurants and shops. Only thing was pur room wasn't cleaned while we was out and didnt get new towels and wash cloths daily. We did have plenty of towels to last us the 3 days we was there though. But overall it was excellent! We do plan on staying in the future.

The room was amazing. Very clean and modern. The staff was very helpful. A member of our party had a problem within the room. The staff moved them quickly even though it was a busy holiday weekend. The pillows are so fluffy.

Room was clean, but missing details. Had been recently renovated which gave it some nicer finishes, but fine details of renovation were overlooked, paint on trim pieces, carpet coming up slightly at door. Bed was comfortable. Hot water is dangerously hot, to the point of scalding someone (professional plumber speaking). Getting shower water adjusted properly was difficult due to location of control valve. Vanity drain was slow. Extra toilet paper was not in room. TV was very nice size, but finding channel listings was difficult. Evening traffic noise was there, but not terrible. Overall a ok stay for the money spent, but I think it is not living up to Clarion standards
