A basic motel. Took a 2 bedroom for 5 of us. Slightly cramped living/dining area. Bathroom was big and spacious but only one. Kitchen in the passageway and though it had everything in it was a bit congested. Traffic noise on the adjoining road was a bit disturbing.

We had everything we needed. The woman on the reception was still there after closing hours and let us in and the key was as arranged on the door anyway. Really lovely. The towles were changed the second day and new toilet papwr and rubbish was emptied. Really great service. Thank you!

Parking was good had a space for each room, Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room were clean and spacious, close to beach and restaurant which is a bonus , Only negative was I had a downstairs room and could hear all the nose from the upstairs room maybe more rugs or insulation needed between floors

Always stay there when in Nelson, a great base

Very tired motel, doesn't match to photos on the tin. Shower had very low water pressure. Not the best. That said, was a last minute booking to deal with weather travel disruptions so glad to find somewhere to stay.

The renovated room was clean, tidy and comfortable. Friendly staff.

It was hard to park as space very tight. We wanted to swim but a greasy film covered the water. You could hear the people above us talk and noisy when they walked. Not very noise proof. However room was clean and sufficient

Had a wonderful welcome. The quietest air-conditioning unit we have ever had which was used during our entire stay. Was a nice room with lovely kitchen and bathroom. Nice and quiet.

Belinda and Peter are very great hosts Accommodation was all what we expected Full apartment for 2 days with fully equipped kitchen living room bathroom bedroom and garden to enjoy the sunset! We were able to enjoy Irish performance in restaurant where Peter played bouzouki And Belinda has taken us there Best to this amazing couple

Clean bedding and comfy bed. Friendly and responsive staff. A bit concerning to have 2 large patio windows into the ground floor suit but the area was very quiet.
