Great hotel. The pools are amazing. We enjoy staying here. I’ve stayed multiple times.

This is NOT a 5-star resort, 3.5 on a good day. The place is dated, we got two twin beds and they could not get us a double, and later we heard others also complaining about the same issue. There was no option to fix, other than a comedy bed cover that they tried to hide the gap with. Room amenities were simple, Holiday Inn style. Bathroom was like something out of a communist government facility, bare, no design, just stark, wooden toilet seat, single ply toilet paper. They advertise sound protected rooms, which is utter nonsense. We could hear everyone in a 360 range and had a bad night of sleep. Cleaners are out in the corridors crashing about at 730 on a Sunday! No irons, we rang down and asked for one so we could press our travel clothes and were told that they would try their best but for us to not hold our breath. So we had to checkout with all our clothes creased. Private beach is basic, over priced and the actual areas around the sun decks were unclean, cigarette butts everywhere. Overall extremely disappointed that I paid 5-star price for 3-star accommodation and all I can say is that whoever is giving this place 10/10. It’s dated, needs a massive uplift and needs to be re-assessed against current 5-star standards as it’s false advertising in my opinion. Will never stay there again.

Beautiful hotel with great location Top notch service especially from Petros at the pool, Spiro at the beach and Niko with the pool chairs!! Highly recommend this hotel!! I stay here every time I come to Athens!

Clean room

The hotel and the rooms were awesome. Very clean and well appointed. The pool and the pool bar were great. The beach experience was a negative experience. They changed €45 for two chairs and an umbrella. The service was horrible. The waiters on the beach never checked on us and the acted offended when we walked up to the bar for service. Awful, don’t waste your time on the beach area. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.

Everything was amazing except the outdoor pool was not open. There was nothing blocking it, and people were stepping into the pool that was full of algae. I would recommend a visit, probably one of the best places to stay in Athens.

The room had a side view of the beach . The room size and cleanliness was fine .A bide would have been nice to have . Breakfast was ok it could be better . Service in the breakfast area was mediocre. Tea was only available with tea bags no fresh brew . The choice at the buffet was ok but seen far better ones at different 5 star hotels .

Staff was amazing, phenomenal stay I would definitely come back. I appreciate the attentiveness they showed me. Very clean, amenities were great and the view was perfect.

Great stay, great service, great gym!

Dejligt stort og lækkert værelse. Meget opmærksom rengøringspersonale. Book værelse med udsigt, det er pengene værd. Lidt skuffet over morgenmadsrestauranten som er beliggende i kælderen uden vinduer og udsigt. Dog er morgenmaden virkelig lækker. Spa er møg dyr at benytte 60 EUR for 1,5 time. Den gratis indendørspool er møg kedelig i betragtning af det er et spa hotel med 5 stjerner.

Das Hotel war während unseres Aufenthalts leider im Umbau. Das Frühstück wurde in einem provisorischen Raum serviert, der eher wie ein Bunker wirkte, da das reguläre Restaurant nicht nutzbar war. Nachdem wir reklamiert hatten, durften wir das Frühstück in einem anderen Restaurant geniessen – allerdings waren Extras wie Spiegelei nur gegen Aufpreis erhältlich. Zwei Minuten nach 10:30 war auch warme Schoggi für das Kind Aufpreis pflichtig… 😖 Auch der Spa-Bereich war enttäuschend: Für die reine Nutzung des Beckens wurden *70 Euro pro Person* verlangt – das bedeutete für uns *140 Euro für nur 5 Minuten Poolzeit*. Erst im Nachhinein wurde uns gesagt, dass der Pool über Massagedüsen verfüge. Abgesehen davon war das Hotel in Ordnung. Jedoch finden wir, dass *bei der Buchung klar darauf hingewiesen werden sollte*, dass sich das Hotel im Umbau befindet. Unsere Kollegen mussten sogar das Zimmer wechseln, weil es durch den Baulärm zu laut war.
